«THERE WAS A POWER FAILURE WHEN WE ARRIVED INTO LATTA SC. THE DESK CLERK KEPT US ADVISED THAT POWER WILL BE RESTORED BY 8:15 PM, And at 8:05 pm the lights came on. It was a pleasant stay very comfortable and the Saturday AM BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT ! PLEASE THANK YOUR STAFF MEMBERS THEY HAVE A GREAT TEAM ESTABLISHED AT THE LATTA SC LOCATION. «The staff was friendly and efficient, including the night check in staff and the morning staff managing the breakfast. Price was great, shower was fantastic, great shower head , and the beds were comfy and clean, good pillows. I would absolutely stay here again. Very quiet as well. Only a one night stay for our very road weary family, who chose to drive from Massachusetts to Florida ( and whyyyy would we do that???!!! Flying next time!!!?)»

«The rooms was extra clean and the air container was assecible to our temperature preference and the staff were very helping especially with the fact that we arrived an hour before check in. The breakfast was great, they offered waffles, sausages, eggs, yogurts, a variety of cereal, fruits, coffee and juices. Would definitely recommend even if it’s for a one night stay.»

«We were pleasantly surprised by this historic gem in the small town of Florence, SC. The best part was the in-hotel restaurant called “Victors.” The waiter was so warm and helpful in recommending food and drinks for the whole family. It enhanced our experience greatly!»

«Great place to stay. We stay there when we have work in the area. Janice at the front desk is awesome! So nice and helpful and tries really hard to make us as comfortable as possible. I recommend this hotel and hope you are as fortunate as we have been several times to have Janice at the front desk! Looking forward to our next visit.»

«A/C issues while we were there, but the rooms were fine and unaffected. Only the halls were hot and they had fans on. We did not receive room service such as cleaning rooms and restocking of towels; I even asked for this. I spent some time at the pool. The pump was not on, the pool was cloudy, and was not well cleaned. However, the staff that day was great!»

«It’s a family hotel. The front desk clerk took forever checking out done youths that were purchasing some drinks. The room smelled stale. It looked clean but didn’t feel clean like other hotels I’ve stayed in. The bathroom curtain had mold stains on it which it’s ridiculous and unhygienic.»

«Do not stay here. The were dead roaches found in our towels. When I went to have a discussion at the front desk the girl said no manager was available. The worst place to stay.»
