Each of the 5 bedrooms in this home have been beautifully designed for comfort - every bedroom in this home has a smart TV. On the bottom floor, there are two bedrooms. One with a queen bed & the other with two twin-over-twin bunk beds (4 twin beds total).

On the second level, you will find the master bedroom, with a king bed and cute seating area. The two remaining bedrooms are on the third level, each with a king bed.

There are 3 full, modern bathrooms throughout this home. On the first level, the first bathroom has a sink, toilet, walk-in shower, and TWO washers & dryers. The second level bathroom is right next to the master bedroom, with a sink, toilet, walk-in shower, and separate soaking tub. On the top level, the third bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo.

The modern kitchen is located right off of the main living areas, and is loaded with all new stainless steel appliances & a coffee station (including a Keurig & coffee pods).

Pool heating fee: $100 per reservation, set to 85F (The pool is only available from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend)

Pet Fee: $50 fee per pet, per night, maximum of 4 pets (vaccination records required).

This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.

Our home is situated within a gated community, and it is required for all guests to complete the Guest Registration and Lease Form. It’s a standard procedure aimed at enhancing safety for all residents and guests. Additionally, the HOA strictly enforces a 4-car limit per reservation, and once the reservation has started, cars cannot be switched, so please plan accordingly.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.
