3 Bedrooms
Master Bedroom: The master is a thoughtfully designed space with relaxation in mind. The sliding doors open to the deck and offer a beautiful nature view. Wake up to the birds chirping and step into the fresh morning air first thing after waking! Enjoy a restful sleep in a king size canopy bed with a TV for your entertainment. This room also offers a full size mirror, the MOST comfortable chair, ambient lighting and storage space for your belongings.
Bedroom 2: The design of this room offers a cozy and pleasant sleep with comfortable pillows and bedding. This room is located upstairs and features a queen size bed, a vanity, reading lamp & chair with tranquil decor. This room accesses the jack and jill bathroom. There is a closet with hangers for your storage needs.
Bedroom 3: This room is also located upstairs featuring two twin beds, full size mirror, night stand, closet space and nature inspired artwork. Separate twin beds with comfortable pillows and bedding offers private sleep for those who wish to share a room. Guests also have room access to the jack and jill bathroom for their convenience.

Living Room: The living room offers a panoramic view of a beautiful stream, providing a tranquil backdrop for your stay. Enjoy cozy evenings with your loved ones, watching movies or simply enjoying the view. This room features a large stone wall with a fireplace and decorated shelving adding to the calming ambience. Sliding doors give access to the deck so guests can enjoy an indoor outdoor setting.
Fully Stocked Kitchen: Whether you're a culinary enthusiast or just want to whip up a quick meal, our kitchen has everything you need. It's FULLY stocked with utensils, cookware, and appliances. We truly have everything you will need to make delicious meals for your family. There is also a quaint coffee corner that offers a variety of morning drinks to kick start your day.
Dining area: Open to the kitchen, there is a dining table and island seating for guests to enjoy a delicious meal with their families. Share stories and laughter in an open setting with large windows offering natural lighting.
Lounge Room: This serene Lounge Room is walled with windows and features a sliding door with backyard access. Enjoy an indoor outdoor experience as you engage in some friendly competition with corn hole or tic tac toe on the wall. Deck: Step out onto the beautiful deck from both the living room and the master bedroom. This outdoor space is perfect for morning coffee, reading a book, or having a family barbecue. This spacious & beautifully crafted deck offers plenty of seating with a fire table to enjoy.

Community Features: This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom residence is situated in a secure and well-equipped community, offering a wealth of amenities. These include three lakes, one of which features a beach, two seasonally available swimming pools, tennis, and basketball courts, soccer and baseball fields, volleyball courts, a small store, and an indoor games room with offerings like foosball, air hockey, and a pool table.

Guest access
Penn Estates is a gated community in the Poconos. Community and Township rules require guests to sign "short-term leases," also referred to as "Guest Registration Forms," for the duration of their stay. These forms will be provided following booking and at least 4 days prior to arrival. To complete the paperwork, each guest must provide their home address, phone number, driver's license, and vehicle information for all vehicles entering the community. A valid driver's license and vehicle registration are required in person at the Welcome Center to receive a gate pass for entry. Failure to fill out the Short-Term Lease/Guest Registration Form 4 days prior to arrival, or on the same day for reservations booked 72 hours or less before check-in, may result in cancellation.
Guests will receive a gate pass for the duration of their stay.
Guests will have full access to the property except for a locked storage/linen closets.
