This cozy home has 1 acre of land, 3 large bedrooms that can sleep up to 8 people comfortably and 2.5 bathrooms. Shawnee Ski Mountain is only 9 miles, Kalahari 17 miles and Camelback 14 miles. There are lakes, shops, wineries, restaurants and outdoor activities in the area.

This beautiful ranch is perfect for a family with small kids or even a group of friends. It features 3 spacious bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms so everyone is very comfortable. This home is newly renovated with country cabin designs throughout. The large kitchen has endless cabinetry and stainless steel appliances giving you all the space you need to stay organized for a short or long stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with every essential you may need. There is a 65” smart TV in the living room, 75” smart tv in the garage, and 45” smart tv in the master bedroom. The garage is converted into a game room featuring a garage heater, pool table, Smart TV, basketball game, and dart board, GREAT FOR ENTERTAINING!

** We provide 1 paper towel (kitchen), basic condiments (salt & pepper), hand soap in all bathrooms, 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom, one garbage bag per garbage bin (kitchen and bathrooms), pillows, towels, comforters, and linens.**

SUNROOM- seating for 5. SMART TV/BAR AND MORE FURNITURE COMING SOON. (NOT HEATED YET)

GARAGE- HEATED game room/ home theater/ small sectional that seats 4 people, rustic bar table with 4 stools, 75" TV (free NETFLIX) dart board and ambient lighting that changes color. (POOL TABLE & BASKETBALL).

**NOTE: MUST AGREE TO COMMON HOUSE RULES PRIOR BOOKING. FINES OR BOOKING WILL BE CANCELED NON- REFUNDABLE IF NOT FOLLOWED**

- MUST be 21 or older to book the home. IDs (driver's license) will be required from main booker once a booking is confirmed.

- We will request IDs for security purposes ONLY (privacy assured).

- There are security cameras outside (front, side, and backyard. For security and liability purposes only).

- No smoking anywhere inside ($500 FINE)

- No fireworks ($500 FINE)

- No pets allowed

- Quiet hours are from 9:30 pm-8 am- Respect the neighbors.

- Respect the home like it was your own.

- Be aware of wildlife on the property: plenty of deer and occasional bears and foxes.

- Do not leave any garbage outside whatsoever. Bears will tear up the bags.

- Damages upon arrival and during your stay MUST BE REPORTED.
