«The location is a little strange (in the middle of a condo development, business area). Otherwise, it was outstanding in every respect. Very new and modern with a good size room, excellent bed, TV, etc. The breakfast was amazing for a motel! They had about anything standard you would expect plus amazing service from the staff as they were so kind and helpful. If you wanted something more they would bake you an omelet to your liking while you watched. Parking was also ample and convenient.»

«Unexpected circumstances happened during our three day stay. We were treated poorly by staff and manager. They were not helpful in anyway. Front desk staff was even rude. There are too many hotels nearby in this price range to stay at a hotel that is not flexible or kind when problems arise. Just choose another hotel.»

«The property throughout was clean, and well kept. The room itself was clean, but there were no extra linens for the pull-out in the room those had to be requested from the desk. No extra trash bags in the room. Refrigerator wasn’t the cleanest and didn’t get very cold either. Furniture in the room had lots of wear and tear, but was clean. The pool was down for maintenance and was the entire reason we chose this property. Overall, good experience.»

«The shower seal head mold also hair from somebody else the sink had hair by the faucet the front desk staff were great and they were right we did get back to $100 deposit the breakfast was okay it had a great selection to make waffles such as chocolate chips cranberries granola also had yogurt they had frosted flakes fruit loops for the different types of cereal they also had milk the coffee had vanilla creamer and hazelnut creamer and then it had flavored juices squirts for coffee we do not ...

«The only thing positive was the very polite and helpful staff. The hotel is currently under renovation and has a distinct chemical smell to it. There was mold in the bathroom and the carpet felt damp. The pool was murky and something that looked like vomit was on the floor next to the seating area. No towels in sight. I could go on but will just sum it up by saying it was disgusting. Also be prepared to give a $100 cash deposit and be told if you lose the receipt you forfeit the deposit?? I ...

«Everything was nice about the property, but it could use some updating. Wallpaper peeling, shower door didn't close properly, but the worst thing was the A/C. Very loud and cycled on and off all night, waking me up everytime it cycled on. Bed was comfortable, TV was nice, room was attractive & modern, and bathroom was very nice. Price was reasonable.»

«Room was dirty toilet not working properly stoped up.As soon as I checked in I took a pee and the toilet was stoped up.I told the gentleman at the front desk and he lied said they would take care of it but never did.Please don’t think because it has the name Microtel it’s a nice hotel.Live and learn want stay there any more»
