The room was okay, but the bathroom could have been cleaner, and there were spider webs and cracks on the ceiling. Overall, a frustrating experience despite the nice staff.»

«Room was clean and also smelled clean. Hotel and room very dated. Curtains missing hooks and just hanging. One the the bed mattresses was absolutely terrible, like is was deflated or damaged in the middle.»

«The check in took forever as their system is slow. I booked 2 rooms. One of the rooms the bathroom light did not work. We were told that they have no maintenance on site. When asked for another room they stated that they are booked. After me pushing they gave us another room. Well I booked king bad and ended up with 2 doubles. The breakfast is average.»

«The 2nd floor REEKED of marijuana. My room did too when I first arrived. The room was squelching hot. I had to ring the bell three times to be checked in. It took about 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk. There was no one at the desk for checkout so I just left. The room was comfortable and breakfast was good.»

«My child took his shower first in the morning and he didn't have hot water. I went to take my shower and the water stopped completely. I had to rinse my hair out in the sink. The elevator was not working either, we were on the 4th floor. I've stayed at this property several times and would normally recommend it to anyone. This stay was definitely sub par.»

«We were in room 224. It was on the second floor and there was no elevator. That meant we had to carry all of our luggage up two flights of stairs. Rather challenging for us at 76 & 77 years of age. The bathroom was so small you had to completely enter the bathroom to turn around and close the door. The commode was significantly lower than I had anticipated. «We stayed for two nights for a baseball tournament. Perfect location, safe, clean and near several restaurants. Breakfast area was very clean and well stocked. A great variety of breakfast foods. Our room was clean and staff were very polite.»
