«12:30am the smoke alarm starts going off. Everyone on our floor starts to come out of their rooms, a few people ran to the front desk to ask what was going on. The man working the desk was less than helpful. Not walking down the hall to tell everyone it’s ok that it was just someone smoking in their room. «Rooms are cleaned every other day. Our room was not cleaned on the first day that it was scheduled to be cleaned. On the day that the room was cleaned, we were left with one hand towel for two people in the room. Those towels are already very thin.»

«The woman working the front desk was not very helpful, took a very long time to get us checked in, and didn't seem happy to be there in general. I booked 2 rooms, both were outdated and the walls were dirty, had paint chipped, just overall not in the best shape. One room had no towels, no shampoo or body wash (although there are containers for them, they were just empty), and no coffee. It was a place to stay, but that's about all I have to say about it.»

«there was a terrible smell in the room. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room. I'm not sure what the smell was. There was no dresser. The chair was a little metal chair with a torn seat cushion. Otherwise, the room was barren. The air-conditioner was pulled apart and and unplugged. When we went to plug it in the plug was awesome all apart and unsafe. We never tried the TV, but hung our clothes on it since there was nowhere else to hang them. There was yelling all through the night and dog ...

«At first day, no hot water. Room was dirty and dusty. Saw the Room where they put their kitchen food and supplies, horrible and disgusting. Left over and old food everywhere.. location I terrible, no restaurants nearby, just near a highway. Never again. And we stayed for six nights. No cleaners in sight!»

«The hotel was in bad shape and in need of upkeep and cleaning. Bugs crawling on walls in the hallway, and the bathroom was disgusting. Almost every time we returned to our room, the keys had stopped working - once we had them replaced three times without them ever working, finally a member of staff had to come up and let us in. «Room was clean and also smelled clean. Hotel and room very dated. Curtains missing hooks and just hanging. One the the bed mattresses was absolutely terrible, like is was deflated or damaged in the middle.»

«I had an early morning flight the day following the Indy 500. The shuttle bus started running at 4:00 a.m. Great service and great people.»

«We had issues with our bedding the first night but the staff was super accommodating and got it fixed as soon as we brought it to their attention. The pool and hot tub were nice to use and the breakfast was really good! Complimentary popcorn wasn’t bad either.»
