«Rooms are cleaned every other day. Our room was not cleaned on the first day that it was scheduled to be cleaned. On the day that the room was cleaned, we were left with one hand towel for two people in the room. Those towels are already very thin.»

«there was a terrible smell in the room. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room. I'm not sure what the smell was. There was no dresser. The chair was a little metal chair with a torn seat cushion. Otherwise, the room was barren. The air-conditioner was pulled apart and and unplugged. When we went to plug it in the plug was awesome all apart and unsafe. «We arrived at midnight, exhausted and traveling with two kids. The front desk staff was incredibly arrogant, treating us like servants. To be fair, the room itself looked okay and the bed sheets were clean and fresh—honestly, the only positive thing about our stay. Everything else was a disaster. The AC was completely broken and wouldn’t shut off or adjust. «Room was clean and also smelled clean. Hotel and room very dated. Curtains missing hooks and just hanging. One the the bed mattresses was absolutely terrible, like is was deflated or damaged in the middle.»

«The breakfast was't really a breakfast per se as it wasn't included with the cost of the room. However, staff was great. The facility looks to have been updated in the lobby, beds are comfortable and the transport to and from the airport was convenient. The noise level due to the traffic likely from the FedEx facility was moderate but nothing my noise cancellation headphones didn't block»

«We had issues with our bedding the first night but the staff was super accommodating and got it fixed as soon as we brought it to their attention. The pool and hot tub were nice to use and the breakfast was really good! Complimentary popcorn wasn’t bad either.»
