«We arrived at midnight, exhausted and traveling with two kids. The front desk staff was incredibly arrogant, treating us like servants. To be fair, the room itself looked okay and the bed sheets were clean and fresh—honestly, the only positive thing about our stay. Everything else was a disaster. The AC was completely broken and wouldn’t shut off or adjust. «This hotel accommodates working groups, there were a lot of work trucks in the parking lot. Walls are paper thin, heard work crews alarms at 3:00am. Room was clean, but the entrance, lobby had dirty mats and floors. Although the rooms were updated the rest of the hotel was dated. Pool was closed.»

«The hotel was in bad shape and in need of upkeep and cleaning. Bugs crawling on walls in the hallway, and the bathroom was disgusting. Almost every time we returned to our room, the keys had stopped working - once we had them replaced three times without them ever working, finally a member of staff had to come up and let us in. «The room was top notch. Staff was superb and very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was great a lot to choose from eggs sausages biscuits gravy waffles donuts danish cereal top of the line s are always fresh and hot. Staff even came around and ask if everything was okay! Didn't get to use pool and hot tub this time but looked great! Would highly recommend this hotel for sure!»

«Evening staff when we went to check in was unhelpful to the process. I booked 2 rooms with 2 queens. They changed one of our rooms to a king and made to call management to fix and change it back, second room information was never updated, told the other party members who arrived hours before myself that their room doesn't exist. Had to spend an hour on the phone trying to fix the problem and $900 extra dollars on booking a new hotel for the rest of out party because they were sold out. Left ...

«My child took his shower first in the morning and he didn't have hot water. I went to take my shower and the water stopped completely. I had to rinse my hair out in the sink. The elevator was not working either, we were on the 4th floor. I've stayed at this property several times and would normally recommend it to anyone. This stay was definitely sub par.»

«The check in took forever as their system is slow. I booked 2 rooms. One of the rooms the bathroom light did not work. We were told that they have no maintenance on site. When asked for another room they stated that they are booked. After me pushing they gave us another room. Well I booked king bad and ended up with 2 doubles. The breakfast is average.»

«We were very disappointed in the condition of this property. The check-in clerk tried to charge me twice for the stay. The room smelled like cigarettes and we found a wash cloth stuffed over the smoke detector. The tub in the bathroom had calk missing and what appears to be black mold. There was no exhaust fan on the bathroom. The refrigerator was not working and appeared to be unplugged. Although the floor appeared clean, our shoes squeaked like it was sticky. «Check in scheduled for 4pm, we arrived at 7:30pm only to not have a room ready. Although the gentleman at the desk was apologetic, we still had to wait about 30 minutes for a room. We then decided to grab a quick bite in the lobby restaurant, and waited about an hour for ice cold chicken wings. «The room was clean and the staff was nice. However, they need to update their list of amenities and omit a coffee maker in the room. There was no coffee maker in the room. I tried to call the front desk to tell them it was missing, but the room phone didn't work. I had to go back down to the front desk and was told you have to go to the lobby to get coffee. This was very disappointing as one of my "must haves" when selecting a hotel room is a coffee maker in the room. It's a nice hotel ...

«We had our flights cancelled and just needed somewhere close to stay, we booked this hotel because of the reviews but I didn't find it that good, the rooms were dark and had no windows, the glass doors were on the ground floor and people walking in the lobby could see in so had to leave curtains closed.
