«Our room had a sticky film over the entire floor. Tile, carpet, it all felt sticky. The room also had a pine-sol masking wet dog smell that was hard to get used to. It was strong. «We were supposed to be given a room with two queen size beds. The two beds were double beds not queen so they were small. We only had one chair in our room. My daughter had two. The towel hook on the back of the bathroom door was missing. My daughter said her sheets had stains on them. We both had a towel with a hole in it. We brought swimsuits so the kids could go swimming. The pool was closed! They were sad.»

«It was helpful to have the FDIC Shuttle schedule on display, however there was no a indication as to where the shuttle was picking up.
The Bartender service in the main bar was frankly inadequate, multiple times I waited more than ten minutes standing at the bar for a drink and did not receive any service, at one point the bar tender left the bar for a least 15-20 minutes leaving the bar unattended.»

«The air conditioner sounded like it's ready to retake off. It was loud and running continuously even when set at 70. Room has any funny smell. Smells like spices. Bathtub is a trip hazard/slippery waiting for accident to happen. Could use a hook hanger to hang towels. The place is kinda scary with some long-term resident hanging out in the main lobby. The bathroom sliding door broke. Takes 2 people to slide it open.»
