«BED BUGS! I chose this hotel of the convenience for our tournament weekend, and it turned into one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. We found bed bugs in our room after already settling in. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. Yes, the hotel switched us to another room, but once you find bed bugs, the damage is done. Instead of enjoying the weekend, we spent the rest of the trip stressed about our luggage, clothes, and possibly bringing bugs home with us. Travelers coming for events ...

«My stay here was horrible! Bathroom tile was filthy, room smelled bad, When we got off the elevator there was large pieces of furniture stacked outside the elevator yet there was no signs stating “forgive our mess” our hall was party central yelling and hollering down the hallway through out the night. We called the front desk several times after 10 pm with no changes. Once we couldn’t take it anymore around midnight my niece yelled down the hallway to shut up did the noise die down. It was ...

«The front desk attendant didn’t give me the warm welcome that other guest seemed to get. She was joking with the guest before me ( even mentioning she liked to make people laugh) but as I walked up the smile disappeared and she was all business. I had sit and wait for a room to become available so I was able to watch others check in. While sitting, I watched two guest check in and was given this ‘welcome to our property so glad to have you’ speech as they were offered two bottles of water. She ...

«Parking was easy though the lot was pretty full and shared with another hotel. Staff was helpful, especially the lady in charge of the breakfast area. She was constantly cleaning and restocking and also helping customers with quick tips to make things go more smoothly. The room was clean, comfortable and surprisingly quiet as we were next to the elevator and never heard it at all. Impressive.»
