«Guys, I am not complaining; I am just stating facts. Excellent location. All the stores and some restaurants are around the hotel; you can walk if you like. But they are in the middle of renovation. So you will feel it. The pool was closed, the elevator was all taped up, and my room door did not lock. They came and tried to fix it, but it was not fixed. We stayed there for several nights while waiting to get an apartment in the area, and with two small kids and a lot of luggage we required a lot of special treatment. The staff were friendly and helpful, we felt right at home and well taken care of. The staff were friendly with the kids and were even allowed to store our things in their storage room for a few days. »

Highly recommend removing the wall-to-wall carpeting in guest rooms and replacing it with area rugs or hard-surface flooring to further enhance cleanliness standards. «BED BUGS! I chose this hotel of the convenience for our tournament weekend, and it turned into one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. We found bed bugs in our room after already settling in. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. Yes, the hotel switched us to another room, but once you find bed bugs, the damage is done. Instead of enjoying the weekend, we spent the rest of the trip stressed about our luggage, clothes, and possibly bringing bugs home with us. Travelers coming for events ...
