«The room was clean, but the interior definitely needs updating & remodeled. There was also an issue with a refund due because of miscommunication/poor communication between the late night desk attendant and the morning desk attendant. Was my first visit to a Red Roof Inn and also my last.»

«***BED BUGS*** The hotel room was ok, could tell it was very used, it smelled fine and looked good in the dark. With the lights on one could see the wear and tear of the place the pleather chair was torn up and the computer chair was disgusting, it had stains and was ripping. The walls for the most part were okay but crackling and stained, the bathroom was clean enough but not ideal, the bed seemed fine but left me questioning if the rooms were actually being cleaned to standard, the sink was ...

«Room was clean and also smelled clean. Hotel and room very dated. Curtains missing hooks and just hanging. One the the bed mattresses was absolutely terrible, like is was deflated or damaged in the middle.»

«Staff was unhelpful. Assured me I would get my deposit back, and I didn’t. I am working in town. And had planned on staying here every week until my project has ended, but they took the first opportunity to get their deposit and fees every which way they could.»
