«The staff were friendly and the room and pool were nice. We couldn’t use the tv in the room however because the remote was missing. I asked twice for another one and was told the desk person had messaged the maintenance man. Apparently the maintenance man was busy doing other things. We never had that addressed.»

«The staff gave our room key to someone else in the middle of the night. If we wouldn't have locked the top latch, they would have walked right in while we were sleeping! Then staffed called to ask us who WE were in the room they put us in. Completely unacceptable & scary. Our grandson was terrified the rest of the stay.»
