«We loved our stay here. Despite not being huge, we, as a family of 5, fit perfectly. Even though MLK is a busy street, the unit is very insulated and there was no issue with sound. The location was great as it allowed us to walk places, take the bus and when we were meeting folks in different parts of town, we were central enough that traffic wasn't a pain (big deal for being in Austin). Austin even kindly helped us when we forgot our iPad and had to go back to get it. I would definitely stay ...

«The only reason this property didn't get 5 stars from me is because it was very warm in the upstairs bedroom. We had our toddler with us. We keep an indoor thermometer with us for overnights and it was reading 81 degrees when we put him down for bed each night. It was 77 when we woke him up. It was difficult for me to sleep in such high temps, as well. The owner had in the rules not to put it below 72, and the thermostat also seemed to be on a timer that kept bumping the temperature up so we had ...
