«My experience at this Holiday Inn was completely unacceptable. I found THREE LIVE COCKROACHES in my room — two in the bathroom and a large one crawling around on the table in the room itself.
This was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. I paid for a hotel room expecting basic cleanliness and a comfortable place to sleep, not to discover live cockroaches crawling around my accommodations.
The situation was bad enough that I checked out a full day early. I should not have to cut my stay ...

«Very disappointed in this hotel. They informed me at check in there was a $200 deposit. That's fine. They did not tell me there was $150 pet deposit plus tax. I am fine with paying a pet deposit usually it's deducted from the deposit being held. This is ridiculous to charge tax too. I travel a lot, I will make note that Residence Inn by Marriott is a ripoff. I think one night a pet deposit should not be more than the room fee.»

«We had reservations with this hotel for 2 months and when we arrived were told that due to a staff cleaning mishap they did not have a room for us. We travelled from Virginia to Nebraska feeling confident that when we arrived around 10pm our room would ready waiting for us. It seems having a reservation does not mean what it used to. We called earlier in the evening to ask if there was a time we needed to check in and were told no certain time but the rooms were filling fast. We told the clerk ...

«We come every to Omaha and have stayed here for the past 4 years. This will be our last stay here. We got our rooms and they were “upgraded” to suites- I guess. The rooms do not have central heating and a/c anymore. Instead they have those big rolling portable heaters/ac units with a hose that installs through a window. They are extremely loud and kept us both awake most of the night going on and off. I’ll also note that with the hose in the window installation, the window is essentially ...
