we need our reservation data from January 1, 2023, till the last reservation you have on your books (historical + future reservation data). Getting us this initial reservation data in either an .csv or .xls format is needed by: Wednesday, March 26th.

Lodgical reservation data. Here are the following data points that we need:


Reservation #
Reservation type (Guest, Owner, Owner Guest, Airbnb, Vrbo, Long Term, etc)
Reservation status (confirmed, hold, canceled, etc)
Rate Type
Number of Occupants by type (adults, children)
Travel Agent
Travel Agent commission amount
Campaign/Marketing Source
Unit Name
Created Date
Check-in Date
Checkout Date
Guest First Name
Guest Last Name
Guest Email
Guest Phone
Guest Address
Total Rent
Discount
Discounted Rent (Rent - Discount)
Each individual Fee on each reservation along with their charge amounts (or example if the Reservation Fees are $300, we need the breakdown of $150 for Cleaning Fee, $50 for Pet Fee and $50 for an Admin Fee)
Total Fee Amount (which should equal all of the individual fees listed above so it is a way to validate)
Each individual Tax on each reservation along with their charge amounts
Total Taxes Amount (which should equal all of the individual taxes listed above so it is a way to validate)
Grand Total (which should be Discounted Rent, Total Fees, and Total Taxes)
Total Payments Received
Remaining balance (should equal grand total - total payments)
