«Overall, the building is quite old. It’s clean but shows signs of use over time. Not giving it 5 stars because they did not perform room service one of the days and when we went to the front desk, they stated that you have to request it in advance and it’s not done automatically which is not true at all (they later confirmed that the room service was in fact supposed to be done unless explicitly stated not to as with a do not disturb sign).»

«Everything and everyone was great except pool area! It was extremely hot to be in there ac or I do t know what was not working in there but it was super humid it was honestly like a sauna!!! We lasted 30 min and my kids left crying but it was just impossible to be in there. »

«The Courtyard Marriott Dallas Downtown/Reunion District is in a great location. You can see Reunion Tower from the rooftop and even from some of the rooms, which was a nice bonus. The hotel itself was very clean, and Macrina at the lobby bar was especially friendly and welcoming.
The hotel is within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and more. The Union Station Dallas is literally across the street, making it extremely convenient for getting around.
