«We found Mafeking a clean and nice cottage with a large kitchen and a lot of space. The snug is very cosy and a gem for bookreaders. The village Benenden is charming and has a great community shop. Defenitely a recommendation worth.»

«Clean and warm cottage in the center of town, very quirky but a nice environment, it is on one of the few roads running through Rye so does suffer from some traffic noise although not too intrusive. Everything was in order on our arrival so all in all a nice place to stay. »

«Lovely cosy hut was great for the weekend. All the added little touches I the kitchen area and fridge was nice. The shower was powerful enough for us to have a good shower and the hot tub was great to relax and look across the fields. The log burner was great and heated the hut up nicely. «Perfect accommodation for a quiet country getaway, with a very comfortable bed, excellent shower & generally very well equipped, clean & maintained to a high standard. We liked the pretty garden. Were slightly concerned on arrival that it appeared to be in the middle of nowhere but were impressed to discover the excellent Jempsons superstore nearby which has lots of local produce & everything you could possibly need.
