When entering, the open floor plan allows for comfortable modern living. The 2 sofas face the gas fireplace and TV. There is a small corner nook that can be used as an office. The 2 bedrooms with king beds have ensuite bathrooms with oversized showers. The master bedroom has a walk in closet. The open kitchen has everything you may need to cook your gourmet meals. Past the kitchen is a mud room with full sized washer and dryer, leading to the fenced in back yard with a large gas grill. Downstairs, below grade, is a lovely, inviting wine cellar - which stays cool at all times, guaranteeing your wines stay at perfect temperature! For anyone who wants to live and spend time in a home, this is the one for you. Since it is a rather small house, we recommend it mainly for couples. It is not ideal for children.
