«Fitness center did not open until 9 am to coincide with their spa staff arrival times. It made the center impossible to use and still have breakfast. The advertising for the hotel is misleading, suggesting it is in Enniskillen, when in fact it is 45 minutes away, creating travel issue for us on arrival.»

«Sentral, god beliggenhet. Ikke trafikkstøy på vårt rom, men støyende gjester i korridoren hørtes godt. Hadde «ikke forstyrr» til kl.10.10 en dag, da lå det lapp at vi måtte ringe om vi likevel ønsket rengjøring. Vi ringte, men det ble ikke rengjort. Fikk nye håndklær etter henvendelse til resepsjonen. Treningsenteret er stort (åpent for andre enn hotellgjester) og helt OK.»

Men utrolig sentralt, 100 m fra flyplassen og 30 m fra flybussen, ok pris. Høy standard på alt utenom badekaret. Fantastisk service! Fikk utskrift av fotballbilletter uten å betale.»

«Ideal hotel for visiting Antrim and surrounding areas. Free parking always a bonus. The hotel was quiet, very clean, beds comfortable, staff all helpful and polite. Our stay included breakfast which was self service with a good selection of food and the coffee from the machine was really good also. We didn't eat meals in the hotel as visiting friends in area but would definitely stay here again.»
