We liked that although we arrived after sunset, when the office was closed, picking up the outside-office phone got us in touch with a friendly man who told us where we could find the keys.
Down side was the picture used to advertise the room was one we recognized as being a down stairs room that we stayed in that previously. Should have studied the description more closely.
We did get a unit on the second floor of a different building that could sleep five as advertised but wife was unable to climb the stairs to the beautiful raised master bedroom. There was a two bed bedroom on the main floor and access to the bathroom was easy from it. Unfortunately there was an outside light shinning directly into the bedroom and eye shades were required for sleeping.
It was springtime and the blossom trees were resplendent with pinky-white flower. All was very beautiful and we carried a lot of the fallen blossom on our car all the way up to Christchurch.
