Schedule your next Northwoods getaway from our secluded cabin on 10 acres. We work hard to provide an am amazing experience. Trail access is only 1.5miles away and many waterfalls are within 10-30 minute drive. Enjoy the local sand beach at Lindquist lake public access. White water rafting is about 20-25 minutes drive as well. Get out and enjoy the outdoors.

Thanks for the great feedback. We try very hard to make your getaway one to remember. Our place rests on 10 acres which is very private and our cabin is well stocked with everything you may need. Many close places to visit by car or trail to make memories. Visit any time of the year as the different seasons bring exciting times.

Thanks for your feedback. The trails are located 1.25 miles from our property. The Camp 12 road intersection just off of Hwy O is the closest trial crossing. Our property is definitely in a nice private setting resting on 10 acres with a pond and plenty of parking. We pride ourselves in providing a 5 star getaway guest experience. We would have loved to earn that last star however the group size was larger than allowed (well over 12). Unfortunately only 10 guests were in the booking and we had to add extra guests fees. We encourage our guests to provide accurate group sizes so that we can make sure to provide the best experience. With many groups of friends and families we have return bookings year after year. Looking forward to hosting your next getaway. Book soon as our calendar in prime season fills up fast. Keep in mind the trails are great in both winter and summer. Also, there are many nearby waterfalls and other attractions.

Our getaway is a great setting for a family vacation. Plenty of room to spread out and very comfortable pillow top beds. Large area to gather, eat, play games or watch TV. Plenty of outside deck space to be able to enjoy all aspects of our Northwoods getaway all on the private 10 acre setting. Looking for something to do? Many waterfalls and other places of interest are within 15-30 min drive.

We have many returning groups year after year. Whether it is to snowmobile, ski, ATV/UTV, Fish or to checkout local waterfalls there is plenty of amazing adventures to head out on. That's right.. so many cool things to do in all seasons. Normally the winter trails are in great shape during prime season. With the trail only 1.5 miles from the property it is an ideal location to leave from. If you do have to trailer north Champion, MI is about 1 hour north or Sidnaw, MI is 1.5hr to get into excellent Michigan snow as well. The local establishments are a great place to get a bit to eat or a relaxing cocktail. Otherwise there are a lot of waterfalls to get out and see. Hope to see your group soon.

The property is about 1.5 miles from the trail crossing on Camp 12 road. Great for hosting a large family or friends. Excellent for winter or summer getaways to enjoy the north woods. If you will not be riding the trails there are so many other things to do include visiting waterfalls, hiking, white water rafting, fishing, heading to a local lake or river, visiting the Iron Museum and many more cool places to check out.

Thanks for your feedback. The property has plenty of room to spread out. Two King bedrooms and queen bedroom on the main floor. One King is the master with en suite. There are also queen and twin bunkbeds in the basement with an entertainment/futon room across the hallway. The ATV/UTV/Snowmobile trail is about one mile from the property. Short drive through our small neighborhood and down Camp 12 road to trail intersection. Head west to Dunbar or East to Pembine. We also plow most of the yard in the winter for snowmobile parking.

Thanks for the awesome feedback. That's right the trails (North Dunbar Loop) are only 1 mile away from the cabin. You can then head east toward Pembine or west toward Dunbar, Florence or anything to the south once you get to Dunbar. We work very hard to have all the needed items for your getaway to prepare a nice meal and relax.

We appreciate your loyalty to our getaway. That is right our property is about 1.1 miles from direct trail access to the north trail in Dunbar that connects Dunbar to Pembine. Whether you are a snowmobiler or a ATV/UTV rider we have you covered. The trails are impeccably maintained by the Dun-Good Riders and other local clubs. Truly a place you need to bring the family and friends.

We try our bests to provide an amazing guest experience. If you coming to visit to ride the trails you have come to the right location. ATV/UTV trails in the greater surrounding area are well taken care of an offer variations in terrain and surfaces. Marinette and Florence County are where its at. If you are more of a winter nut. The Snowmobile trails are very well groomed with ample snow. Traffic is low and great for family rides. Don't forget all the waterfalls you can stop at along the trails.

Games, tent, foam bag chairs, plenty of books and other entertainment. We tried to think of everything one would need in the kitchen to prepare some amazing meals. Lynn, Thanks for the excellent review. We reciprocate the 5 star review as you left our place in excellent condition after your 10 day stay. We love it when families can get away and really relax and settle in. Our property is setup with plenty of space to hang out together or to separate into private spaces to relax. With so many attractions nearby it is a must for a return trip. Ride the trails, hike the waterfalls, swim at a nearby public lake beach, whitewater raft, tour the Iron mine or simply rent a tube and float the Pine river for an afternoon. Plenty of things to do. Plan your stay and plan to return as the greater Dunbar area is a great escape....

Our place is very spacious and setup for extended family and friends. Nestled in a quiet small neighborhood on 10 acres and surrounded by several 40-80 acre vacation home parcels makes it a nice place to get away. See the amazing stars at night, a view you will not be accompanied to see near larger cities. Wrap up your evenings with a great meal with everything we could think to have in a fully stocked kitchen.

We have a couple foam bag chairs and a kids tent for them to enjoy along with a lot of toys, games and books. The deck and other areas are great to spread out to relax as well. We really focused our property on having a broad selection of everything needed to have a relaxing getaway. Kitchen is stocked with everything needed to prepare a nice meal. We are very happy to hear you agree. :)

When we looked for the perfect location to have our vacation rental property there were several factors. Close to snowmobile/atv trails. Waterfalls and adventure near by and some land. We feel we found the perfect place nestled in on 10 arces with a pond just a mile outside Dunbar and 1.5mi from the trail crossing on Camp 12 road. Come on up and rent a slice of heaven. By the way the Wildman whitewater rafting trips are not far away.

Glad you found the home spacious. We thought it was perfect size with the ability to spread out or send the kids to the futon room to watch some TV or do some gaming :) Its very ideal for a extended families or a couple families.

The trails in Dunbar and surrounding area are meticulously maintained by hard working volunteer in all seasons. Snowmobile, ATV, UTV. Marinette and Florence counties have some amazing trails. Come check them out. Bring your own or rent one from Pembine Sport and Lawn.

All cameras are on the exterior of the property for safety and security of our guests, housekeepers and other vendors. This helps us manage the property to ensure a seamless guest experience. Be rest assured that no camera monitors your private entertaining spaces including the deck and the hot tub as they are focused on the yard and perimeter of the property. A great review sharing our vision of a family and friends retreat. Having our own children we wanted to share a place that feels like home. Plenty of toys in the loft, foam bag chairs, t-pee tent and much more for the kids.. Looking to get a bit of peace and quiet send the kidos into the futon room in the basement to enjoy some TV or a place for them to play while the adults enjoy the main floor.

Paul - Thanks for the honest feedback as we go the extra mile to ensure our guests are able to enjoy thier time away. Since this large storm we purchased a generator that is available if the power goes out to help with some essentials. We have also scheduled a electrician to evaluate, order and install a full house backup generator that will run the entire house and all things including the hot tub. We hope to have this upgrade later this fall as soon as the equipment comes in. Then all guests will be able to continue our 5 star property.

Awesome times to be had up north. The trails are well kept and groomed often by the local clubs. Lots of great attractions to see right from your machine. Waterfalls, lakes, wildlife and of course great restaurants. When we set out to provide an top notch experience in the north woods we wanted a property that could accommodate friends or extended family. sounds like it was a hit with plenty of room. We love groups that re-book and often have several of them. Happy trails

Thanks for the review. Yes the trail is about 1.1 miles away from the property. You will have access to four seasons of trails. Snowmobile, ATV/UTV trails are some of the best in the state.

Thanks for the great feedback. Nestled on 10 acres surrounded by over 100+ acres of wildlife and undeveloped land. We are located in a small neighborhood however the entire Northern, Southern and Eastern side of the property carries on with woods and very little development making for excellent privacy. There are many great site seeing areas nearby. The white water rafting and Wildman is amazing. There is some kind of adventure waiting every season of the year.

Waterfalls, fishing, tubing/floating on Pine river, white water rafting in Niagara and much more all withing a 20-25 minute drive. We enjoyed hosting your stay and look forward to having you back.
