Room service happened once out of the three weeks i stayed there, crack heads and hookers were out all night talking and screaming at each other usually. Cops out multiple times a day. Bathrooms have rust and mold.

Getting in and out of the property is strange but I got over that. What I didn’t get over was the disastrous room. It was really dirty. Their housekeeper poured bleach all over the bathroom to give off the impression it got cleaned but it wasn’t clean. The counter was dirty with stuff stuck to it. The towels were dirty and had stains and nappy hairs stuck to them. Things were broken in the room including the TV that had no picture anymore. It had a weird smell. First I was given a key to a room that hadn’t been cleaned yet. The housekeeper doesn’t speak a word of English. Probably a very bad idea because she couldn’t answer our questions and she was frustrated I didn’t speak Spanish like that’s my fault. Had to drag all my things downstairs to change rooms. Dogs barked and l kids were yelling in the hall. People were smoking weed outside their rooms and all the smoke blew into our room. My friend made a joke that the only thing clean in the room they trusted was the unopened package of tissues in the bathroom. It was getting late and we were tired so we just made do otherwise I would’ve left.

Do not stay here
Called to find out the exit number off Hwy 95. They did not know how to give any directions to the location. Check-In was horrible. The man at the front desk was rude and confrontational. The room had not been properly cleaned. The bathroom still had evidence from the last person that stayed. Dirty towels under the sink and hair in the bathtub.

Rooms were clean but smelled of smoke. Staff was really friendly. Hotel is a bit hidden behind the Motel 6 and directly behind a Cracker Barrel. No breakfast, but this is expected for the RedRoof Inn chain. Great place for a night stay while on the road.
