Probably the best hotel in Dubai
Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah is probably the best hotel in the Dubai area for a family vacation. The employees are extraordinarily kind. Their service level has no upper limit and exceeds most other hotels we have visited worldwide. The hotel location is perfect for a relaxing beach holiday including a number of water activities right on the pier by the hotel. The area around the hotel is nice, calm and quiet with little traffic. Beach beds are at all times readily available. In addition the hotel offers a free shuttle bus to down town Dubai and the cost of a taxi is low and affordable. Both the hotel room and the hotel area is clean at all times. The restaurants offer a variety of dishes that should suit any age. We highly recommend this hotel at all levels.

Superb stay!
We had a fantastic stay at The Waldorf Astoria Palm Jumeirah, our kids loved the pool area. The service is fantastic and it's a beautiful property. The only negative would be the beds, we would expect more comfortable beds and bedding at a hotel in this price range. Apart from that - the hotel gets a full score on everything. We'll definietly be back!

Fint og barnevennlig hotell
Vi reiste med to små barn (2 og 4 år) og koste oss masse. Hotellet er veldig barnevennlig, tilpasset matmeny, gode senger, fin strand, låneleker på stranden (midt i blinken!) og hoppe-slott! Våre barn var kjempefornøyde! Ops: bygningsprosess ved siden av hotellet, men vi ble ikke plaget av det.

Amazing hotel!
Amazing hotel with amazing service, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, food, poolarea, everything was just amazing! Very nice with cinema at the beach once or twice a week. I would say this hotel is friendly for children as well!

Fantastisk hotell, og utsøkt service. Flott privat strand med meget bra oppfølging fra de ansatte på stranden. Frokostbuféen var rikholdig med stor variasjon fra mat fra mange verdensdeler. Stille og rolige omgivelser, perfekt for å ha en avslappende FERIE.

Flott hotell med alle fasiliteter og god atmosfære
Superfint hotell med alle fasiliteter. Hyggelig og god betjening, og en frokost som jeg aldri har sett maken til. Flotte basseng og strand områder. Litt langt å komme seg dit fra fastlandet og lite som foregår i området. Ikke lett å få tak i taxi, men hotellbilen var stort sett alltid tilgjengelig (selv om den er dyrere enn vanlig taxi). Spa avdelingen var ikke særlig å skryte av.

En oase på Palmen.
Fantastisk hotell, som har alt du har behov for. Hotellet ligger imidlertid noe langt fra shopping og Burj khalifa, men vi ville ha rolig strandliv på dagtid, og det fikk vi. Kjørte til shopping / severdigheter ved behov.

Fantastisk hotell
Dette er et hotell I særklasse. Flott beliggenhet med kveldssol. God service og flotte resturanter. Meget godt fornøyd. PS. Vi hadde premier rom med tilgang til VIP Lounge. Dette var en god investering.

Det fine med Waldorf A. er den fine stranden, inn mot Palmen. Dessverre er ikke innstillingen ti hotellet og dets ansatte særlig familevennlig. Barn kan ikke ha oppblåsbare leker i vannet, ikke lov til å hoppe ut i bassenget. Vi har to barn som også er aktive og som skulle være med å trene, men den gang ei - barn på 12 år fikk ikke lov til å benytte hotellets treningsrom sammen med foreldrene, ikke til å løpe på tredemølle eller noe. Vi fikk også beskjed om at menn og kvinner ikke skulle trene sammen, så det ble en nedtur - trodde dette var et internasjonalt hotell. Hotellets beliggenhet på Palmen er ugunstig, blir veldig lange kjøreturer med taxi.

Good location, very annoying that the pool attendants reserve sunbeds for people buy leaving magazines on the beds and try and tell you that peope have been down and put them on there, and gone to breakfast, complete lies as ive seen them place them and reserve for same people everyday, then the people dont turn up till 11/12 to sit on them. That was very disappointing when you go down early and still struggle to get a sunbed in a decent area.

We had an excellent and unforgettable time at Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The dinning experience was wonderful, especially at Laos. We celebrated our 10 year anniversary, upon our arrival, the staff decorated our bed with roses and a wonderful chocolate desert. The beach was excellent, the rooms were clean and spacious. We will definitely return to the Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah on our next trip.

This was the worst hotel experience in my life .We reached Dubai on the day of flooding (historic Dubai flooding )and the hotel stated that they were not going to send airport pick up .We had 2 rooms booked for 4 days and due to flooding on the roads ,we were unable to get there .I called them multiple times explaining our situation and the hotel front desk was dismissive and stated that it was not their concern or responsibility.i asked the If they could move our reservation for a later date or give us room credit but they were extremely dismissive despite me explaining how taxis had refused to bring us to the hotel .I am extremely disappointed and upset .Not sure ,if I will ever stay in a Waldorf Astoria hotel again anywhere in the world and certainly never in the Dubai property and warn anyone making a booking to rethink .

Great place for families with young kids - very busy at the pool so definitely not a place for a romantic adult trip. The staff was amazing - especially the housekeepers and restaurant staff - just lovely. Restaurants are very good quality and food was great.

The hotel is not bad BUT they have events on the beach EVERY DAY THAT ARE VERY DISTURBING. Today one wedding and a very annoying corporate team building event of some sort. The last three hours of the beach day we had to listen to annoying team building coaches.
