Th8 Palm - flott, men ikke fantastisk
Fresht boutiqe hotell med fantastisk utsikt, men mtp at det er et 5* hotell så er det noen ting som trekker ned. Flotte rom med fantastisk utsikt (husk å booke rom med utsikt over havet og palmen mot byen. Det er verdt hver krone). Vi booket feil rom og det var jeg i kontakt med dem på forhånd da vi ønsket utsikt mot havet og byen. Det endte med at vi måtte betale vesentlig mer ved innsjekking ved bytte av rom. De tildelte oss først et av de dårligste rommene på hotellet selv om det meste var ledig. Dette trekker ned helhetsinntrykket av service. Helt unødvendig. Basseng og fellesområde var rent og pent, men vi reiste som familie og det var 18 års grense på pool område med bar. Solsenger og området var finere enn på barneområde. Unødvendig å skille på standard og det burde vært lov å ha alkohol servering på barneområde. Stranden var full av steiner, mens på nærliggende hotell hadde de ryddet steinen. Dette må de ordne hvis de skal fremstå som et 5* hotell. Fantastisk å bade både i basseng og Strand selv om du bør ha badesko i havet. Frokost var ok, ikke fantastisk og mye fluer ved kake/brød område. Den siste dagen hadde de gjort endringer i frokost og den ble mye bedre. De hadde hatt inspeksjon på hotellet. Veldig treg service på hotellet og opplevde at de var mer opptatt av romnummer enn servering. Opplevde hyggeligere bemanning de siste dagene, men her er det forbedringspotensiale. Det er mer et 4* hotell enn 5*. Vi bodde også på et 3* hotell som scorer bedre.

Overcrowded. Beach club monopolizes all off the access to the pools and beach and food and beverage. No availability for hotel guests to enjoy the property amenities. Service is limited and very delayed. Had to walk out of dining twice from no service and go to an off site location for meals. Could not use the pools or beach at all. No seating. No service. No guest hotel access to private area. Could not use pools overcrowded. Food is average. Guest rooms overpriced for limited amenities. Will not return.

A great hotel situated right on the beach. Lovely long 25m pools which are heated to 31C! Very attentive staff, good food and chilled atmosphere. Good for children.

We loved our stay after traveling 24 hours. It was peaceful with a boutique hotel feel and very clean common areas. Staff was very accommodating and kind.Great breakfast! We had a corner suite and was massive with a dining area and kitchen we used to warm leftovers and 1.5 bathrooms for convenience with our 2 teens. The pool and beach areas were well maintained and everyone was very accommodating here as well. The only complaint I have is that the main pool area which has a live DJ and alcohol is not open to families on the weekend which we didn’t know. This is their policy so I’m not blaming any staff. On Thursday we enjoyed hours at that pool and beach with really good music/drinks. On Saturday, I was by myself and was helped by staff to set up 4 loungers and security told me I can’t be there bc he recognized me and knew I had 4 kids coming. I was disappointed that I was able to settle in and then asked to leave. I had to go to the other family pool which only had food service. We couldn’t even hear the music. We ended up separating from our kids for some time to enjoy drinks by the bar and then meeting up again by pool. This definitely impacted our entire pool/beach day. We also went to have shisha one evening and it closed an hour early so we never ended up enjoying that either. Overall everything was great and I definitely recommend staying here but if you’re visiting for a weekend and the pool/beach/drinks/music is your scene and you have kids, maybe book elsewhere.

They recognised me again!
This is the second time I have stayed here, I stayed before a few months ago and when I checked-in Katarin recognised me from before. So from the pictures online we really had our hopes up about this place but it really ended up being a sad and unfortunately terrible stay. The property felt like an 80s apartment building our 2 king bed room was actually two separated disjointed rooms that were at best grimey and poorly finished. The worst thing was the staff and hotel admin, we had the unlucky event of a travel delay and despite hours of wasted time on a phone and online trying to sort things out the hotels customer service was lacking and so disappointing, they blatantly charged us for a night that we did not stay and had no interest in extending us another night to make up for the one that of no fault of our own we had missed. I’d definitely never book with them again and much rather stay with a larger and known ‘real’ hotel chain.

Hotel is luxurious, rooms are updated, staff regularly cleaned room, and everyone was friendly. Pools are nice, hotel has private beach, and their is poolside bar. World Cup matches are also screened outside by the beach.

In dem Zeitraum, in dem wir da waren (Oktober) waren vorwiegend russische Gäste da. Unterhaltung gab es keine und an der Bar war am Abend wirklich rein gar nichts los. Der DJ im Beach Club fängt circa 14:30 Uhr an und um 17:30 Uhr ist spätestens Schluss (an den Tagen an denen „Party“ ist. Einige der Innenräume, wie zum Beispiel das Restaurant waren sehr stylisch vom Innenarchitekten eingerichtet. Ebenso der Poolbereich für Erwachsene. Die Zimmer waren völlig in Ordnung, haben aber weder durch Einrichtung noch Interior Design geglänzt. Hervorzuheben ist, dass in den Suiten wirklich alles zum Kochen vorhanden ist. Sehr negativ ist uns aufgefallen, dass zwar erwähnt wird, dass der Hauptpool nur für Erwachsene zugelassen ist und es für „Kinder“ bis 21 Jahre einen Kids/Residence Pool gibt, jedoch mit keiner Silbe erwähnt wird, dass dieser Pool wirklich nur halb so schön ist, wenige Liegen hat, der Strandbereich nicht genutzt werden darf, es kein WLAN Empfang gibt (katastrophal für unseren Teenager) und man dort auch keine alkoholischen Getränke wie zum Beispiel Wein oder Bier trinken darf. Auch Toiletten gibt es dort nicht. Alles in allem war es ein guter Aufenthalt, da das Personal unglaublich bemüht ist und auch die Küche sehr lecker kocht. Weiterempfehlen oder wiederkehrend würden wir unter den vorher genannten Umständen nicht mehr.
