Beliggenheten er god og enkelte av ansatte forsøker så godt de kan. Hotellet virker nedslitt og hotellet bærer stor preg av svært dårlig lederskap. Virker som om mange av ansatte er redde for å gjøre noe galt. ble i tillegg vitne til at en medarbeider ble veldig hardt og nedlatende snakket til foran gjester. De er dårlig på oppfølging av det de lover og det virker som om det er svært dårlig kommunikasjon internt. Kommer garantert ikke til å velge dette hotellet igjen.

Dette hotellet er gammelt og slitt, ustabil varmtvann ( forsøkt reparert flere ganger), vindu lar seg ikke stenge og derav mye lyd, Klima anlegg funger ikke, WiFi ustabilt, transport system til strand er løgn, eksisterer ikke. Betjening er direkte fiendtlige og vet ikke hva kunde betjening, og de sier en ting men gjør noe annet. Dette er dårlig.

Helt greit opphold. Fikk først et alt for lite rom. Reiste med en baby. Måtte be dem hente reiseseng til rommet. Var alt for trangt. Sa ifra da vi hadde bestilt større rom. Fikk ikke byttet før neste dag da de ikke hadde noe ledig. Fikk nytt og mye større rom. Dessverre små feil i rommet. Var en knapp som man trykket på dersom man ønsket housekeeping. Denne funket ikke, så det banket på hver dag på døra selvom vi ikke trengte det. Alt i alt et greit opphold på hotellet. Frokosten var ikke til å skryte av, selvom det kostet en del. Spiste der derfor bare en gang. Topp beliggenhet!!

The property boasts ample space, and we were particularly pleased with the fact that each room in the apartment had its own bathroom, ensuring maximum comfort for all of us. However, we found the apartment's décor to be rather modest, especially when compared to the luxurious standards set by the hotel itself. Nevertheless, the facilities were impeccably maintained, and the amenities provided were both delightful and perfectly suited to our needs. Despite this, our experience at the reception left something to be desired. While the staff at the hotel entrance were gracious in redirecting us to the apartments and even offered transportation via golf cart, the demeanor of the staff member at the apartment check-in was markedly different. His demeanor was rather solemn, lacking the warmth and hospitality we had encountered at the hotel reception. Furthermore, the check-out process was notably informal and unaccommodating. We simply informed the building guard of our departure, who then relayed the message to reception. No assistance was offered with our luggage or in arranging transportation, and it was only through the kind gesture of the guard that we were able to temporarily store our belongings beside his desk while we grabbed a meal at the mall. Overall, the check-out experience fell short of our expectations and left a negative impression.

I’m pretty generous in my reviews but this I feel the need to really provide a detailed review for young families. This hotel (apartment side) really appealed to us because of the proximity of the Dubai Mall and Burj K & the fact that there was 5 of us. The only positive of booking this hotel is the location. No need for Uber or taxi (15-25 min ride from airport depending on traffic- as an aside government taxi’s are 60 percent cheaper than Ubers- we paid 48-55 Dirham. Walking distance to mall is 5 min. You have to cross two easy intersection crosswalks. We were placed on the 5th floor. Upon entering the suite, all I can say is that it was below par. The rugs were absolutely disgusting and stained (not sure why there isn’t tile only all around) we walked continuously on crocs inside. The furniture is quite dated (80s style Couches) and the washrooms are also quite dated - something of what you would see at a motel 6. The kitchen was so disgusting that we didn’t step foot. We would have paid couple hundred more at more up to date place had we known. The hallway of the 5th floor also had a terrible smell. I also made two toll free collect calls to my credit card company and was charged 60 Dirham. The staff did not understand my objection to this. On our first night, we had a fire alarm wake us up at 1 a.m. When we asked for an explanation the day after, none was given. The main hotel that is connected to the apartment seemed nice- nice pool area

Ok but not 5 star
The hotel is older and more traditional business style. The photos show a huge outdoor area which is deceptive as a lot of the grounds are not accessible to hotel guests there is just one medium sized pool.Any guests younger that 8 are presumed to be sleeping in the same bed as the parents which was not clear and not ideal so a comfortable sleep was not possible and no extra beds are available unless an extortionate cost is paid.
