Meget fint hotell for familie ferie.Men ber alle forsikre seg om at de får bestilt riktig rom med tanke på barn.Vi bestilte rom for 4.To voksne og 2 barn på 11 og 7 år.Men fikk tildelt rom med 2 enkle seng.Måtte diskutere og klage til flere instanser før dette ble ordnet.Hotellet skal ha honnør for at de da oppgraderte oss til å kunne nyte Club lounge som inkl mat og drikke flere ganger om dagen.Ellers er vi godt fornøyd med hotellet som ligger i samme bygg som Al Ghurair senter.Behagelige og støy frie rom.Meget god frokost.Anbefaler å bestille rom med frokost.

Arrived early and hotel was able to accommodate, which was of utmost importance to me as I was traveling with my parents after a 13 hr flight from the US. Stayed at other hotels in Dubai and they can not come close to this kind of service. Mahmud and Julius had superb customer facing skills. They were kind, patient and hospitable. Their excellence and ability to make us feel welcomed makes me want to stay here every trip in Dubai! Swissotel is also greatly located in Deira. Thank you

The hotel was centrally located in Deira which was great! There were numerous restaurants nearby and the prices were economical compared to the Jumeirah side. The hotel is attached to a mall which is extremely convenient. We went during Ramadan and were expecting a grand buffet for suhoor but unfortunately their options were limited. The staff is excellent - extremely friendly and willing to go the extra mile. I would highly recommend staying at the hotel! Great for families!

The hotel is horrible. I used the phone to call my credit card company, collect call, to have my card replaced. It was a collect call. On the check out day, i was told i owe them money, i have a telephone bill. I was wonder Why they were charging me 279.+ dirhams for 10mins and 4 mins call. I showed them the website that shows its a collect call. I waited and wasted more than an hour waiting in the lobby to resolve the issue. Only to be told, it is their policy that the guest pays whether or not it is a collect call or not. It definitely is a scam hotel to me.

Swissotel Al Ghurair is a nice hotel with a great mall and dining options nearby. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast which is very chaotic if you come later in the morning, with a long wait to get in and for many food and other options such as coffee - not good enough for a hotel that claims to be 4.5 stars

Everything was good that I had ask for non smoking room. In the end was given a level that had cigarette smell that was so strong.
