Royal Club Palm Jumeirah-aparthotel
Etter foto på beskrivelsen av hotellet skulle det ligge på stranden, det sto også at det var ca 20 meter til sjøen.Vi ble plasert i et bygg på innsiden av veien ut til palmen, denne veien har 8 kjørefelter som vi måtte krysse.Vi hadde adgang til stranden, men ingen solsenger, måtte leie hver dag,(kr150,- /seng/dag. Foto og beskrivele MÅ rettes opp slik at andre gjester ikke føler seg lur! Rommet vårt var bra, men vi hadde bestilt ekstraseng til en voksen. Tilbudet vi fikk var å ligge på en sofa som var kort ca.160 cm. noe annet kunne ikke ordnes. Det var ikke senketøy til ekstrasengen og det kom ikke noe i løpet av uken etter purringer.

One of the best location in Palm Jumeirah Dubai and close to many amenities such as good restaurants and transportation. However, the unit itself was poorly furnished and maintained.

Old, tired and needs updating. Overpriced for what is offered. Difficult check in as in another area to the apartment with limited places to park. It’s late - was told to come back at 4pm, came at 4:40pm and still wasn’t ready and told to sit and wait longer.

C'est la première fois de ma vie que je dois payer pour accéder à la piscine et à la plage(55 AED par personne et par jour, scandaleux) surtout qu'il a fallu prendre la voiture pour y accéder parce que contrairement à la photo, la piscine et la plage ne se trouvaient pas en bas de l'immeuble. De plus, nous sommes arrivés dans l'appartement vers 00H15, le sofa (où étaient censées dormir mes filles), était cassé, on a refusé de nous changer de chambre, on nous a demander de voir ça, le lendemain matin...il a fallu que j'insiste lourdement pour que cela se fasse. Très déçue par cette location, l’intérieur de l'appartement était vieillot, pour une ville moderne comme DUBAI, nous avions réservés sur la Palme en pensant que cela allait être sympa, il n'en a rien été.

Oh my god
This is the worst hotel ( I donno if i can call it that) ive ever been to in Dubai, there is no reception its a small office and the guy assisting me was wearing his pjs and flip flops. I felt I was in satwa not in the palm, the house was super dirty stains everywhere on the couch on the pillows and NO VISITERS allowed after 10! Its like jail not a hotel but the worst part is yet to come THEY DO NOT EVEN HAVE A POOL OR A BEACH OR A GYM u have to go to another building which is 15 mins walk or 5 mins in the car and PAY to enter the pool

JUST GO AND ENJOY !
Hello, we were totally surprised when we discovered this place. Apartment is large, quite, clean and with all that you need inside for your comfort. Our building has not direct access to the beach, you need to cross the street, it is very near but we had access on our side position to a nice green park with a mall and at night the place is very good for family. The staff is really professional and smiling for and warmly welcome. The strategic position brings you in minutes into DUBAI heart for fun. Have metro access, easy car parking, and fast access to many places. We will come back for sure :-) and will spend more long time !!!

The property is central which made it easy to travel around Dubai. We had to pay to utilize beach and we had to walk from building 1 to building 7-8. It was worth the walk and money to be at a beautiful beach. When taking a shower there was not sufficient hot water.

Great location - comfortable - good value
We booked two nights here. The location is great and there is a lovely area to walk outside and every type of shop/ cafe etc witin 100m. The apartment we booked was upgraded from a 1 bdroom to a three bedroom which was a nice touch. The WIFI would only work if you were with 2 meters of the router which was a bit annoying abd check in took so long that we were recommended to go and come back and then some one elses bags were delivered to our room! Also the deposit we were informed would take 15 days to be returned.

The apartment was fine, construction work noise upstairs was unbearable every morning. No pool and Beech acces cost 55dhs when we were told that it would be included in the cost by Hotels.com shame on you hotels.com for the lies

Luxusná dovolnka na palmovom ostrove za super cenu
Ubytovanie v Royal Club Aparmánoch je vlastne ubytovanie v normálnych apratmánoch určených na bývanie. Apartmány sú Shoreline appartments a preto aj taxikárovi treba vždy povedať adresu Shoreline apparments. Recepcia je v budove číslo 20, ubytovaní sme boli v budove č. 11, čo bolo cca 1,2km vzdialené. Pri check-ine ma hneď potešili 2 veci. Depozit nebol 1000 AED, ale len 700 AED a cena lístkov na pláž, pokiaľ sme si ich kúpili priamo od Royal clubu boli len 55 AED/osoba a deti do 5 rokov zdarma. Naše 5,5 ročné dieťa spadalo ešte do kategórie do 5 rokov, takže sme ho mali bezplatne. Čiže 28 eur/deň na súkromnej pláži namiesto 75 eur/deň, ktoré som si prečítal. Pláž sa nachádzala medzi budovali 7 a 8 - Riva beach club. V cene sme mali aj 4 osušky (podľa lístka sme mali nárok len na 2), lehátka a slnečníky. Samozrejme aj bazén. Teplota v mori bola 24-26 stupňov, v bazéne 26-28. Okolie apartmánu bolo úplne úžasné. Bežecká dráha v dĺžke 2,6km. Ja som si na nej zabehal, deti sa zase pokolobežkovali. Na každom kroku detské ihriská, či fontány. Cez park bolo nákupné centrum, kde sa nachádzali aj potraviny, v ktorých sme nakupovali. Jediné mínus bol rozkladací gauč v obývačke, ten bol nepohodlný. Posteľ v spálni bola naopak mimoriadne pohodlná. Izba mala 2 WC. V kuchyni bola aj umývačka a práčka.

Отлично провели 9 ночей в Дубай.
При заселении мы искали отель, но в итоге поняли, что это офис который предлагает номера в нескольких соседних корпусах с квартирами-аппартаментами. Офис находится в корпусе Al Khushkar Shoreline 20 на 0-м этаже слева за стойкой охраны. Нам предложили номер как было забронировано, но при осмотре номера мы выявили, что диван-кровать сломан. На этом основании настойчиво попросили замену номера. Администрация пошла нам на встречу и предоставила номер большего размера без лишней доплаты, спасибо им за это. Кухня в номере отлично оборудована, из недостатков-в кофе машине отсутствовала сетка для фильтрации молотого кофе. Ежедневно меняли полотенца и убирать мусор из кухни. Из недостатков, пол в номере покрыт плиткой и поэтому пол грязноват, ступни ног приходится мыть часто или используйте шлепки. Одна сторона здания выходит на авто трассу, вторая сторона на внутренний двор. Внутренний двор - очень комфортная зелёная зона с беговыми и пешеходными дорожкам, много детских площадок и тени от деревьев, птички поют, очень приятно там гулять в любое время дня. В этой зоне отличный продуктовый магазин, чистый с и большим ассортиментом продуктов. Парковка подземная, очень удобная. Рекомендую отель для семей, которые любят сами готовить себе пищу. Рядом нет бесплатных пляжей.

Be aware, you will need a cash desposit!
They asked for a 1,000 Dhs cash deposit on check-in, saying that they do not take card deposits. Also, your room may be in a difference apartment which is a 5-10 minutes walk from the reception building. They do not provide assistance with this.

Extra charge for beach access. Not fair
When I booked this apartment after looking at the website, it showed a swimming pool and sea view which I had to pay extra for.. On arrival we were told we would have to pay per person per day to access the beach. Nowhere on the website does it mention extra payment for the beach although it does for gym and swimming pool. When we booked for a day for the beach we were told we could not use the beach below our apartment as it was for residents only but had to walk 10-15 minutes to another beach. Difficult to walk carrying all our stuff in 35 degree temperature. As had gone for relaxation had hoped to walk on the beach each morning. Very disappointed.

Check in in einem anderen Gebäude. Strand kostet
Der Check in erinnert an die 70er Jahre. Man muss von diesem Gebäude aus zu Fuß in die Wohnung gehen, oder warten, warten und warten, auf den einen Wagen den die haben, der einen dann dort hin fährt. Strand gibt es nur, wenn man 105 Dirham pro Person und Tag bezahlt, ansonsten nur zum anschauen aus dem Fenster.

It was very difficult to find reception for check in. there was no sign. Just go inside of building where led by google Map. I think this accommodation made for residence but change some room for traveler. That's why you might not expect the service of hotel. And hot water was not available around 6-9pm. Hotel said when people use hot water too much, it might not come out.

Lovely place.
Our stay was good. The only problem was that we arrived early morning so we had to stay for over 12 hours before a room was available to us. We were however upgraded to a bigger room. Lovely place!

1:this apartment not beside the sea and if you want to sea side,even gym and swimming pool you must cross the.road and go to other apartment and must to pay everyone 100AED. 2: not very clean and there is very strange when we check out .i told them to check the room and they said no problem.and after one day they call me and said some damage and let me pay for that and i feel it is very strange .let them.to double check .when i check in nobody check everything to us and we never stay room longtime .just sleep and why they said i damage something .they said ok they will check and call me again. but they didn't. and i find my cridit card was chaged 1680AED. i will complain this apartment to government and also complain hotels .

Arrived at the apartment Shoreline 20 early morning 9.30 am, and were allowed to go straight to the apartment at shoreline 13 a fair distance down the road although 4pm was the check I time. Was well pleased at this! The apartment had 4 toilets x4 showers/3 bathrooms , dishwasher, washing machine, microwave , oven/hob. TV s in 3 rooms and good selection of channels although all languages! Very clean and maintained well. There was a good selection of shops and places to eat at the rear of the apartments and more opening all the time.Flagged taxis down to get around no problem. We were very happy with the apartment and would stop again!
