Servicen var upåklagelig, hotellet er nydelig og ikke minst er bassengområdet praktfullt og den private stranden idyllisk Imidlertid ligger den langt ute på the palm, slik at det blir en del taxi kjøring hvis man skal bevege på seg. Taxi ut av the palm koster minimum 200 kr en vei. Ikke så altfor dyrt. Imidlertid så er det noe negativt , helt hinsides alkohol priser (2 øl koster over 300 kr) og 66 kr for en boks Pepsi Max. Renholdet var greit, men vår husholderske imponerte ikke og hun tok blant annet og kastet viktige dokumenter og kvitteringer. Det kostet oss nesten 4000, da vi ikke fikk igjen moms uten kvittering på et par dyre vesker. Men helheten er allikevel positiv.

Jevnt over veldig bra, men man forventer det lille ekstra på 5-stjerner. Første rommet vi fikk møtte ikke forventningene. Lå i 1.etg med handikapp-standard (noe vi ikke trengte), badet ble bla oversvømt av vann ved en kort dusj. Fikk derimot bedre rom ved klage på dag 2 som møtte forventningene. Hotellet ligger litt langt fra alt, men det er også deilig. Egen strand, deilig basseng. Takterrasse. Fine løpemuligheter både på treningsrom og ute på promenaden. Hyggelige ansatte. 2 barer, men ingen servering ved solsenger eller tilbud om bestilling ved bord. Vet et tilfelle så vi tydelig at bartender fylte opp øl i skitne/brukte glass, ellers føltes hotellet og området ryddig og fint. God blanding av vestlige og ikke-vestlige, som førte til en avslappet atmosfære. Ganske bra buffet, både til frokost og middag. Nydelig sjømatrestaurant. Svært stive alkoholpriser. Bemerket i betilling og sa ved ankomst at vi var på bryllupsreise - dette virket ikke hotellet til å bry seg om - ellers bra!

The property was really nice and clean. The staff was great. The only things were the hotel did not have anything for visitors to do while they were there. The full board only counted for the buffet and the food was not that great. And the selection of food was very limited. If we had known that full board was only for the buffet. We would have just purchased our food daily from the other restaurants inside the hotel.

The location of the hotel is really bad if you want to go out in the evening. There is always a huge traffic jam at the stem of the palm. Expect to travel more that an hour to reach even the Marina area.

For a stay on The Palm, it was fantastic. Reasonably priced, good facilities with decent beach space and pool access. We paid for a partial beach view but were kindly upgraded to a full beach view which was lovely and meant we could watch the beautiful sunset. The hotel is very clean, great service by the staff and they were super helpful when we needed recommendations. We did have an issue with the shower, in that we couldn't get the hand held showerhead to work but there is an overhead option. Overall, we had a great time! It is a bit far to get into and around the main centre, however if you're looking for a reasonable option on The Palm then this would tick all your boxes.

We liked the staff’s eagerness to help the guests and the beach access. We did not like how limited the gym facility was, we did not like how expensive the drinks were, we did not like the fact that our view was a dirt lot that was littered with trash, and we did not like how crowded the beach and pool area felt during the day.

Absolutely amazing!
I have absolutely no complaints about this property! We were welcomed with drinks at check in and the service was great the entire time. The food was incredible with a ton of food options. I got the chance to even go on a jet ski right from the beach. Views and beach access were incredible. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Common areas are good so as staff. Balcony door had issues . Bath room sink dont work. TV did not work . I have to call house keeping for this to repair. Expected them to check before allocating room.

Journey: Frühmorgens schwimmen im Meer oder Fitness im Gym. mit anschliessendem feinem Morgenbuffet; am Hoteleigenen Strand den Tag gut beginnen lassen und gegen Mittag das feine Essen in einem der drei Restaurants geniessen; Ausflug zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten von Dubai und den Abend in der Hoteleigenen Bar auf dem Dach ausklingen lassen bevor man auf das sehr saubere und grosszügige Zimmer geht. Oder dann vielleicht doch noch etwas via Roomservice bestellen. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder hier einchecken und es geniessen.
