Dårlig opplevelse og elendig service
Det gjelder hovedsakelig ansatte som jobber der og ellers systemet. Frokost var inkludert men nei mente de "du må betale for frokosten". Det viste seg at det var inkludert etterpå når jeg skulle sjekke ut.

Dårlig service
Service er elendig. Jeg har opplevd selv flere anledninger. Den verste var da jeg satt og spiste frokost på morgenen kommer en og ber meg å betale, fortelle meg priser osv. Jeg mistet matlyst. Hver gang jeg satte meg nede i lobbyen overhørte jeg Resepsjonistene krangle med gjester.

We liked the location of the hotel, the shuttle buses made it easy to go back and foth to the beach and Dubai. Clean,big rooms. Helpful staff. Ok breakfast.

The room 31010 has a very small window for daylight, kitchen balcony with no curtains, cleaning was not good , specially tea tablea were not wiped during all my one week stay

I have been staying at this property since 2014. This is a good hotel with spacious rooms and good service. The carpet is getting worn off after so many years so they may need to think about it but the furniture is good and well maintained.

The Valet and Bell Boys are amazing at this facility , Especially Mr. Vinod has been a gem of a person. Front Desk has some amazing staff Especially Ms Zukhra and Mr Hassan are professional and Helpful. But Mr Sultan at the front desk need to fix his attitude with the client as he needs to be more compassionate and approachable

Not what we expected it to be
The room floor was dirty and the furniture is very old (worn-out), not sure why this is a 4* property. The reception desk is polite. The location is alright. The room is spacious, but would have preferred it to be clean instead.

After the new ownership, this hotel is a dump
The rooms are big, that's about it. It gets very cold in the rooms and the ac control pad didn't really adjust the temperature. When I told them that my room is too cold they just laughed at me: "you don't like ac, huh? Ha ha haaa". It's so funny to be freezing indoors when it's warm outside. The walls are paper thin. You can hear your neighbor taking a shower like you were in the shower with them. Also the lovely call for prayer can be heard loud and clear in the middle of the night. Birds have their nests on the balconies, so you can't really use them unless you are willing to fight for your territory. Their breakfast and dinner buffets are tasteless in a country where delicious food is easy to come by in any cheap restaurant. When I checked out and asked for a taxi, they just told me to walk to the parking lot because there ought to be taxis there... What a service! So all in all, the hotel is run be people who don't know how to run a hotel. Also, if you don't leave a don't disturb sign on your door, the house keeping will try to get in at 8am. If they can't open the door, they will surely call you. Nothing says holiday more than an early wake up. :-)

Dear Mika We have carried out an Investigation and below are the findings, It’s not possible that guest have come up with a complaint and he was Given such kind of reply, every day we receive a different kind of guest Complaints but never come across such reply given by any hotel staff To any guest. After check out, the guest asked for the Taxi and he was informed that, Taxies are available round the clock in front of the Hotel main entrance, Do you need assistance for the Taxi and your luggage? Guest replied No, it is fine will manage by himself and left the desk, Room servicing by housekeeping start from 09:00 am onwards daily, Below are the timing of room cleaned by housekeeping during guest stayed Guest stayed in Suite # 2907 from 2nd to 6th March 2020. 3rd March 10:30 AM 4th March 2:32 PM 5th March 1:12 PM Birds have their nests on the balconies: - There are no birds nest in the balcony, attached is the picture for your reference. Being an Islamic country there is a call of pray early morning around 5:30 am not in the middle of the night, As guest suite room was in the middle tower so the call of pray sound reaches to this suite will be very light The guest was upgraded to a one-bedroom non-smoking suite which has a separate bedroom and a living room, It is not possible that one can hear next door sounds as the living room is in between bedroom along with the The kitchen which separates the next door room
