Public transportation in JVC is available but limited—there is no metro station inside the community, and most residents or visitors rely on the J01 bus route, which connects JVC to Mall of the Emirates Metro Station, where you can continue your journey across the city. Because bus routes mainly serve the community’s outer roads, taxis and ride-hailing services like Uber and Careem are often the easiest and most practical way to get around, especially for first-time visitors or Airbnb guests. Renting a car is also convenient, as most new buildings, including Binghatti Royale, offer dedicated parking.     Smoking and parties are strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony.

    Violation of this rule will result in the forfeiture of the full security deposit.
