Arabian rooms are nice but you can not open the windows - building under constructions just near the rooms! Breakfast is great but don t be upset - they will never bring you the cafe and are too busy to clean the table 3 times asking to get lugging - at 10 pm luggage’s still not in the room - it is not a 5 stars hotel . Unfortunately They are every sorry but nothing changes

ホテル内はアラビアンでどこを見ても可愛くてお洒落な空間でした。どのスタッフの方も会うたびに挨拶してくださり、つたない英語でも聞き取ってくださりとても親切でした。また事前にハネムーンで滞在することを伝えていたところ、花束とお部屋のグレードアップをしてくださっており最高のハネムーンになりました。想像以上に素晴らしいホテルでした。またドバイに行った際は泊まりたいです。

Very disappointed. Terrible service. Poor menu.
We heard of the reputation of the One&Only for few years and decided to spend a week at the resort in Dubai. Very disappointing in many ways for a 5 star hotel that should be classified more as a 4 star at most. Old furniture, terrible service, very poor breakfast menu. Unnecessarily expensive for what it is.
