The hotel is good - good value for the money. Only things to point out, sports cafe lack in food quality (good for drinks), same with the restaurant/lunch bar on M floor. The roof top saves it regarding food and quality. Other then that this hotel needs to invest in more elevators - too many people and to little elevators. All in all, ok hotel.

Nydelig beliggenhet, men min opplevelse ellers gjorde at jeg angret allerede på andre valg. Lang historie kort, etter ni dager på dette hotellet kan jeg love at jeg aldri skal bo her igjen.

The toilet area smells reported it. Still no resolution. Rude member of receptionist. Has awful check in system. 3pm. Not worth money as you can stay in better places in palm for price you pay.

Lovely hotel, cosy bed, lush towels, clean hotel, nice gym, good selection for breakfast. Lovely premiere lounge. However very unhappy that after a week was unable to get a lounger on the beach apparently this is private and does not belong to the hotel so it is FCFS or is it for paying visitors? This is why we booked this hotel. The receptionist said she will see if she could arrange something for us to get a lounger but nothing happened. Not a beach view as this hotel is not directly on the beach or have access to the beach. V disappointing as I requested a sea view - on a low floor could see much and bed faces the large apartment opposite. Tried to book two extended days as flight was delayed and was told by FOH there were no rooms although we were told the night before you had rooms. We booked via Expedia to get rooms at the hotel. Inconsistent housekeeping and had to ask 3/4 times to have my room serviced over the week and items not replenished. Attention to detail is required. Breakfast too busy a lot of people. A man at the front of the hotel said he’d order me a taxi saying he could order a ‘hotel taxi’, he gave us a receipt and when we got to the airport the driver wanted more money although we had arranged a price at the hotel. Appalling. No welcome drink on arrival. More attention required and care at this hotel.

Hotel was very clean with amazing staff. Careem checked us in and did a great job explaining the amenities and property to us. Hotel is in great location, just across the street from a big mall with many dining & shopping options including grocery stores. View from the hotel rooftop pool and bar is worth staying at the hotel alone. Rooftop bar (view 180) is open until 2am everynight and the views are geat. Would stay at this hotel again and recommend to anyone.

Property is very modern. It is in a good location. We enjoyed the infinity pool and rooftop area. Really great staff very attentive. Make sure you visit the View and the Promenade!

Great stay at NH Collection. Very good location, beach was a 2 mins walk and on the doorstep of many dining options on the West Beach. Loved the free valet service! Breakfast options were ok, helped that you had a choice of two places.

Nice view and great pool
Hotel is better than expected, nice gym and pool, staff welcoming great, cleaning staff super kind but the pool bar ladies at the 180 bar aren’t very nice, my son felt uncomfortable of how rude they are, also they always look unwelcoming all the times we went to the pool, waitress are nice though… but apart from that all great!

Not a high season hotel. The room not ready in time. The pool bar staff forgets your orders, twice. Pool closed early for a private party. Breakfast so full that you prefer to pay in their other restaurant to avoid long waiting time. The corridor outside the room smells like a public toilet. Plus for a washing machine and kitchen if need such things.

Stayed 5 nights and 2 of them they didnt Clean the room I had to go and tell them. One time the houseceaping didnt close our door! It was open when We came home! Otherwise it was very good

The staff at the hotel were incredible. So eager to help and assist. As soon as I came in, a staff member came to help with my suitcase. Any time I left the hotel, staff members helped me with taxis etc. I also needed some information that they were so helpful with. The one downside I would say is that the bathroom of the studio room is so small that you cannot open the door fully as the toilet is behind the door. It was fine for my needs as I was a solo traveller however it would be difficult to manage with kids. Also, the hotel is new and I found the rug in the room to be pretty stained. I think the hotel ought to deep clean it or change it so that the room looks fresh. Aside from that all was great and I had a lovely stay at the hotel. Thank you!

WiFi is good. By the beach and access to a beach club and a great pool. The view on the rooftop is amazing.the service was good as always in Dubai. On the minus side: A little too busy and impersonal to my taste. Tight bathrooms in the studio room.

La posizione con accesso diretto alla spiaggia è un plus, ma solo i primi 5 piani sono hotel. Ho preso camera doppia vista città, ed era al primo piano rumorosissima a causa della strada molto affollata e del fatto che la raccolta rifiuti avviene alle 3 di mattina con un rumore fortissimo. Quindi si dorme male, ma per il resto abbastanza bello. Ci tornerei volentieri se sapessi di avere stanza non rumorosa. Personale gentilissimo e hotel pulito.

Excellent staff. Very nice hotel and well located. Breakfast at Reno cafe better than the buffet breakfast. Staff upgraded us to a suite after a problem with our first room.

Great hotel but very busy.
Great hotel in fantastic location - short walk to monorail. Clean and modern design and access to beach club. One side of the beach club was full ( or reserved) but we were shown another part of beach club which was 5 mins walk. Every staff member was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is very busy with long waits for lifts, lengthy queues for breakfast buffet. If you are a light sleeper, request a room away from the road as you will hear super cars whizzing up and down the road.
