il est dommage que les hoteliers de cette region aient l'habitude de mettre les prix a leur guises selon les evenements. la nuité passe de 75 euro a 300 euro juste parcequ'il y a un evenement au centre ville. ce n'est pas correct.

DONT BOOK THIS PLACE.ITS A SCAMM!!!!.This place was very filthy.I booked the room.I went to the room and come right out and asked for my money back.They have no refund policy.Once you paid you are stuck.I ask Expedia and they didn’t even return my money.I HAVE TO FIND ANOTHER HOTEL AND LET GI MY MONEY I PAID FOR THIS PLACE.

I would not stay there for free. catastrophic! The photos they have provided are not as what you see in the room. if it was from the cleanliness or the tidiness or the cleanliness. the staff was not of help at all!

Good Location
The location of the hotel is very central. Stones throw to Naif Souk and Souk Al Wasl. Very basic hotel. Expect no fancies. Hotels.com says hotel has no front desk but there is most if the day upto midnight. If you arrive after midnight arrange check in beforehand.

Worst Hotel in my entire life. Found pests in bath room, Dirty beds, old hotel, bad smells. After fully paid by Expedia including all taxes, they ask me to pay more taxis upon checkout!!

Too many bugs for me
I was not pleased with this hotel room. For more than $200 US per night, i expected much more. The room did not appear clean and they have a serious bug problem. There were bugs in the shower, sink and bed. It was very difficult to sleep knowing that bugs were likely crawling all over me. I will not stay here again and advise you to book early at a more reputable hotel.you will get a better price and be more comfortable.

Hotel situe a Deira et facile d'acces
Hôtel très grand situe en plein Deira. Points forts: grande chambre, propreté, station de métro Banyas Square a moins de 500m, sympathie de certains personnel. Points faibles : salle de bain un peu ancienne, juste un filet d'eau pour la douche, et GROS point noir, la climatisation beaucoup trop bruyante.

In general fairly okay
I booked this hotel for my father who stayed one night on 7th October 2015, it was his worse night, he never slept all night, as the room had a strong smell of smoke, as all rooms are smoking rooms and he found it very difficult to sleep. The hotel In general is okay but only if you can be around and sleep in a smoking atmosphere. As they dont accommodate for non smokers.

Worst place ever
Run down place in any which way. Checking in takes long time, couldn’t find reservation. Very unfriendly and un interested staff. No passports giving back after check in. Finally they give a dirty room on the backside, not even cleaned, having old used towels and bed sheets (beds are not even made) with a view to a wall. After complaining finally room in the front side. While having a shower all of a sudden 2 maintenance people in the bathroom. We did not feel free and safe in our own room. Website info not correct as there is NO airport shuttle, NO mineral water in the room, NO water cooker, the safe in room is not working and the free wifi in the room disconnect every few minutes. The room was showing dirty marks different places on the wall. Ceiling in room is open, ceiling in bathroom is leaking water continue. We cleaned our room by our self as they didn’t come after so many times asking to clean the room. Seems to be that everybody is manager and can do whatever they like to do. Never again, not recommended to any one.

Staffs were not so accommodating, it seems they doesn't care if you are tired and need immediate rest. They were busy on their mobile phones maybe that's the reason why. And the construction is still going on even in late night, the time we need to sleep.

Bad experience
We chose this hotel for the amenities. We had to pay for water which was suppose to be free, no laundry on the property we had to send out and it was very expensive. The first morning we had do not disturb on the door the cleaning boy entered our room. The noise due to remodeling rooms was atrocious couldn't sleep. The room is not dark. Bizarre hot water and no water pressure. The location was great near shopping and metro. But all and all not all but they were very rude. I don't recommend this hotel at all.
