The newly built Elite Downtown Residence is especially well-known for its wonderful Burj Khalifa view swimming pool and hot tub (on the 6th floor) also comes with other amazing perks like a sauna, steam room, and gym all separate for men and women, and a small play area for kids.

This modern studio apartment comes fully furnished, with a king-size bed. There is a large balcony with a canal view from the 19th floor beautiful day and night. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs making it ideal for short or long-term stays as well.
