The service was not what i have expectations, i have reserved the business room but they gave me standard and very small room. they told me we will change to you in the morning. the room that i got was small and dirty, and instead of morning they gave room at around of 3:00 pm that means that i lost half a day. no take care of people and never recommend to any one this hotel.

Jeg mener hotellet var helt greit, men ikke mer. Langt fra luksuriøst. Lå nære det store kjøpesenteret så det gikk fint å gå frem og tilbake på bena. Kjedelig rom. Var en hyggelig bar i hotellet og helt OK bassengområde. Hotellet ligger inneklemt mellom andre høye bygg slik at solen ikke er ved bassenget før 12. Lite spennende utsikt uansett hvilket vindu man så ut av, både i restaurant og rom. Veldig dårlig wifi- vi klaget og fikk rettet opp i hastigheten, men det tok noen timer før dette ble fikset

Great stay!!
We had a great stay for our 5 great Dubai holiday. Nice view from our room, quiet, clean room with all we needed. Nice with a great breakfast buffet and shuttle bus to Dubai Mall & beach.(all included) The hotel staff was great also, so we`re happy to say good things about our stay.

Helt ok hotel. Vi stannade bara två nätter. Men är man i Dubai måste man ta taxi vart man än ska. Finns inga gångvägar bara motorvägar.

good value for money
Bra hotell, rent og pent. Men litt i utkanten. Du trenger taxi til alt bortsett fra Dubai mall og Burj Kalifha som er i gangavstand fra hotellet. Gratis shuttle til stranden. Hvis du kjøper mat på hotellet, hold deg unna burgeren. Ellers er hotellet veldig bra i forhold til prisen.

Veldig skuffet..
Vi dro på denne ferien som et par og gledet oss veldig. For det første så lyver bildene så fryktelig at det halve kunne vært nok. For det andre så fungerer ikke roomservice, noe som er håpløst om man ligger matforgifta på rommet, og det siste: Sengene er helt ufattelig dårlig å ligge i. Prøvde å klage på dette til resepsjon, men ble aldri gjort noe med. Masse støy fra veien er det også! Veldig lang avstand til shopping og bading. Taxi i 30 minutter for å dra til stranda er litt håpløst. Vi kommer aldri til å dra tilbake. Fryktelig kundebehandling også!

Helt ok hotell.
Helt ok hotell i nærheten av Dubai mall og Burj Khalifa.Bodde på dette hotellet i fire dager med kona og 3 barn. Hadde 2 stk businessrom i 15 etsje med utsikt over Burj Khalifa. Rene rom med grei plass. Badene var også rene og ok. Veldig allright med 24 timers service når det gjelder mat levert på rom med mange valgmuligheter og grei frokostbuffet inkludert i prisen. Rengjøringspersonalet gjorde en veldig bra jobb på rommene. Romservice og traveldesk derimot er ikke noe å skryte av. Måtte ringe tre gangen for å få dyne til ekstra sengen vi hadde bestilt men fikk den først dagen etter. AC anlegget var også veldig vanskelig å styre. Tror ikke den virket på automatisk i det hele tatt. Fyren på traveldesk prøvde å lure meg både når det gjaldt billetter til Burj Khalifa og ørkensafari. På den sistnevnte klarte han det også og fikk 400 AED mer enn det som var prisen fra tour selskapet. Svømmebassenget og spesielt garderoben var en fiasko med små krypdyr i sauna. Så hold unna dette. Ellers en ok hotell.

The location was convenient. The room and shower was not very clean. Dusty/dirty floors and stains on the bed cushion. TV and some plug outlets did not work. Only 1 operational lift. We were not told that the swimming pool was closed/under construction. We were double charged a holding fee that has been voided but I have not received the funds (3 days later).

The hotel was nice overall, but the service was lacking. Our heat wasn’t working and made a request for someone to look at it. Nobody ever showed. Made a request for an iron. Had to phone a second time and it eventually showed up 5 hours later from first phone call. Breakfast option was buffet or room service - nothing in between. When you phoned room service, they tried to get you to go to the buffet. Bar service wasnt good. They were charging $13 CAN for a 3 oz glass of wine , and most drinks were unavailable Poor was not available and under construction but it wasn’t mentioned on the website when we booked. Hotel was nice but the amenities and service were poor. Also, the hotel is right beside a major hwy so quite noisy at night.

It was absolutely awful. The stuff weren't helpful and the reception was not welcoming. never recommended it to any one. Avoid it at any cost. I came to them as their name is good in London and I have been in Millennium hotel in London but it is a much difference between them.

Expect to be treated like a daily asset not as a guest. USLESS front desk manager. Rooms need a major renovation especially the bathrooms. Employees need to use the service elevator or be more polite when guest around in an enclosed area as such, and please someone allow them to shower and wash the uniforms in the hotel. The BO was unbearable….

Dirty i found a condom and lubricant in my bed upon arrival when i checked in my room . The staff isn't friendly and it wasn't worth my money the beds are hard as a brick . I couldn't stay there after one night because i had paid in advance my back was killing me so i checked out the next day just a terrible experience
