Arriving the airport, the distance to the hotel is really short. However walking there is not easy. Actually the same from the Metro - difficult to get to the hotel. The hotel has so many employees - all waiting to service you. Unfortunately it seems they are better at waiting than servicing. Asking for this or that they come back with answers - but so often not the right answers, and you newer know when you get the right answer. Le Meridian does a lot right, but still far to go becoming a top rated hotel. The room I had was fantastic - as most other things. They really just need to increase the competence of the staff.
