Stay away from this place, is super dirty, smells terrible, we had flies inside the room, bed sheets were dirty, bathroom super nasty.

Pienamente soddisfatto di tutto e tutti.
A due passi dalla metro Al Rigga in piena Downtown di Dubai mi sono trovato benissimo; è un pò datato ma pulitissimo, con una ottima colazione, col personale molto gentile. Corrisponde ad un tre stelle europeo ma in pieno centro molto vivace, accanto la metro che ti porta ovunque ad un prezzo straordinario non credo ci possa essere di meglio.

Don't try my experience to stay there
Rooms are not proper. AC always has a noisy sound. toilets drainage isn't OK. The rooms are full of cockroaches. It isn't worth than 0 star by the way.

We had a great time at the hotel for 4 nights, though the internet was really bad. First night, they gave us a room for disable. The next day, I asked to moved so they can have extra room for disabled guest. Also, we need a bath tub cos we have 1 year old person whom can take a bath without sliding from the floor. The staff whos working night shift at the reception was nice and shows professionalism. The housekeeping stewards were really helpful. Also the pool attendant. Thank you.

Good value, kind staff, great location
I have stayed here several times, always good. It is a solid 3-star place, with courteous and helpful staff, spacious rooms, and a spa on the top floor, including outdoor pool, gym, steam room, and sauna. The location is superb, with 24 hour restos and shops close to hand. The Metro train is a 7 minute walk away, and a 15 minute ride to Dubai Airport.

Seriously needs updating. Can't charge devices overnight as many outlets have no power when lights are off. Broken fridge, broken lamp, broken toilet, very dark shower/tub and bugs coming up the floor drain. Staff were friendly but the physical condition can't be fixed by a smile. Spend some money and update!

Nice front desk staff though but if you are up for a really modern kind of hotel, it's certainly not here. Most part of the exterior is so old. Interior is ok. Breakfast is basic as there are not so much varieties of food.

Most staff assigned to clean rooms is fantastic, Mr. Pranay would always be very thorough, verifying that there was nothing else I required. Concierge was very helpful with booking a taxi cab for long day rides.

Worst hotel Summit Hotel
I made a booking to pay at the hotel and I was not able to make it. The hotel still charged my card even though I did not stay there according to a No-show policy that is not mentioned any where in the booking.

I booked this place for 1 night due to a long layover. Absolutely disgusting. Rooms freezing mold throughout the bedroom ceiling. Mold in bathroom. Smells like mold. Not us to staying in hotel's like this NEVER AGAIN. Didnt even bother to take my cloths off to sleep just want to sleep and leave in the morning.

A real disappointment
I hate to write severe reviews about a place but I was really disappointed. Whilst the location is good the hotel is bad. Sorry that's the simple matter of the fact. The room smelt a bit, there was mould, a bit too much of it in the bathroom and the towels were a bit rough. Also the sink kept blocking and it never looked like it was really mended properly. The Staff member who I mentioned it to didn't sound that bothered by it either The breakfast was OK and some of the staff were ok too but I felt the shabbiness didn't match the price which is alot for this property. The point that really put me off was that I had to go back after checking out for one night and the staff wanted to charge me alot more. I decided not to and don't regret my decision. Simply I can't reccomend this place.

WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN!
Issues are as following: 1. On the first day I found out that the swimming pool advertised during booking is closed indefinitely. I was referred to a pool in another hotel with pool 1/3 the size as advertised and no facilities 2. On second day I noticed that the tap of the sink is broken and more water goes to sink countertop than in the actual sink. Afew of my things I kept on the countertop got completely drenched as due to constant leakage countertop never ever dries. I complained about this issues 5 (!!!) times , incl. To hotel manager and absolutely nothing happened. 3. Cleaning service is almost non existant, at 5 pm cleaning is not done or half done, by half I mean that bed is made, but trash can is not emptied and staff left their entry card and vacuum cleaner in my room and never came back! Complained to the front desk and left my room, 4 hours later still trash in my room, no action again was taken. Almost every days is a fight with front desk to get the basics such as towels or toilet paper!!! They promise to bring it and NEVER do. 4. In the end due to not working sink I was moved to another room with working sink but not working shower. Took MULTUPLE trips to front office to get the shower fixed!!! 6. Due to lacking hygiene in the room I got a bad rash on my hands In conclusion, vacation ruined!

Lobby was clean but to have your room cleaned you have to keep asking them to send someone to clean the room and if you need any thing you could ask them 4-5 time before you receive it.The cleaner i dont know his name but his from india chandigarh was really nice guy if i see him and tell him to clean the room he would come straight away and do it if i ask the reception id be asking few times before its done.This hotel i booked when i arrived in dubai due to having to cancel the oringal hotel i booked due to cockroches in the lobby overral i wont bother staying at this hotel again.
