Front desk was helpful and busy at the same time offered me coffee while waiting to check In friendly staff, but the downside was parking and valet as it’s slow and not enough valet workers that result in a long wait time during the day and night time, prime location of the hotel

Only positive is the location
Reception and security guards all very nice and helpful. Walk in bathroom was blocked and over flooded. Bed linens and towels had stains. Floor never cleaned as the fluffy dust were visible. Complimentary water was not provided on some days. Tea bags only provided on the first and last day of my stay. Toiletries very basic and spare toilet paper roll not refilled and had to call for toilet paper when I ran out.
