Very very bad beds, rock hard. Room service was sold out of most food items on menu. Did not have the most common sodas in stock, and more than half the items on menu was not available

Heller en 3 stjerner!!!
Ikke 5 stjerner hotell i d hele tatt, eldre standard og dårlig service. Rommet ble rengjort hver 3 dag. Det sto gratis WiFi på nett og på stedet får vi beskjed at d gjelder kun i lobby, måtte krangle mg frem til WiFi. Dårlig total opplevelse.

I appreciate that we cannot get it right all of the time but would hope that when we make a mistake, we really try to rectify it during the guests stay, to ensure that they leave us feeling happy and relaxed. Honestly such a poor quality “luxury” hotel. Stayed at the apartments and people in the apartments were treated as secondary by the staff. Reception staff were dismissive, room service barely cleaned anything and took very long to deliver whatever was requested. On the day we were leaving we called for luggage carts, 10 minutes passed there was no cart, so we just physically took our 3 large and 2 carry on suitcases to the taxis. At the 300$ New Years party, we were served cheap alcohol. Such a disappointing stay overall, I will definitely stay away from this hotel in future.

Ac wouldn’t kick in and rooms were needing upgrades Shocked at prostitution at THIS hotel!!!! There was even a fight in the car park about whom the woman should go with

The property was great and staff very approachable at all times. The only thing l would say it would be nice if you could make a call directly from the room instead of having to go through reception and also on the last night we asked for towels which we never received it’s a good thing we brought a spare hand towel with us. Thank you.

The room has unpleasant smell. To make matter worst I found a cockroach with my proof showed to the gentleman in charge. And the receptionist Mohamed was unhelpful.

Good apartment.
Good apartment with modern amenities. The building is occupied by different types of tenants which is typical of the location. Uber was easily accessible. Small convenience store on the ground floor. Nice view from the apartment. Checkin staff could have been more helpful and polite. People who delivered the luggage to the room were nice.

Management is garbage and doesn’t provide said amenities. The apartment is worn out and dated with housekeeping not providing amenities stated. Ignore the fact that there’s WiFi as it either doesn’t work or isn’t fast enough to browse the internet.

Family Stay
Stayed at the Galleria residences for 3 nights and the apartment was really nice. The location is amazing in Deira with Gold Souk across the road. What was very disappointing was the service levels as they were kind of non-existent-had to ring multiple times to get a single item such as coffee mugs. Rooms were also not cleaned until late afternoon. There is no specialist staff for room service and everyone does everything in this hotel hence the delays. will not be staying here again despite the location. Definitely not Hyatt level service-quite deceptive.

I liked everything about this hotel. Everything was nearby shopping, food, attractions, it had it's own mall and 24/7 room service. Clean, organized, very well managed hotel and employee's. Will stay here again.
