GREAT LARGE FAMILY HOTEL
Grand Hyatt is a large excellent luxerious familyhotel about 10 min. from the airport. The hotel has 4 swimmingpools - 1 for adults and 3 for children and todlers. Service was excellent and the food was very good. We enjoyed every minute and will go back!

Flott hotell, flott bassengområde
Dette er et kjempeflott hotell, der spesielt bassenganlegget var flott. Service utmerket. Vi hadde halvpensjon, noe som var veldig bra da resturantprisene på 5-stjerners i Dubai nå begynner å bli veldig høye. Vi kommer gjerne igjen, for en herlig avslappende ferie i flott badeanlegg.

Meget bra hotel med plaktfullt bassengområde. Flott bad og meget god seng!Vi bodde i 6 etasje og hadde ingen støy fra hverken flyplass eller motorveien. Kort vei med taxi til "alt".

Vi skulle reise fra Dubai 01.01.12 kl 06,40. bestilte vekking kl 0400 og transport kl 04.30. hadde bestilt henting av kofferter kl 04.15 samt frokost på rommet til samme tid. Fikk ikke frokost eller henting av kofferter. Måtte ringe ned da kl bl 04.30. de fortalte at de hadde glemt oss men at de kunne ha frokosten klar kl 04.40.....dette er uakseptabelt på et 5 stjernes hotell med i club floor. Vi fikk ingen beklagelse.

My experience with the Hyatt Dubai was amazing. The property was clean, the staff was friendly and courteous, and my room was comfortable. The outdoor pool was amazing and they had a 24 hour adult pool inside. I would definitely recommend this property.

The facility is beautiful! Unfortunately though it was very noisy in the room above me both nights I stayed. I was unable to sleep well because of the noise. I was also disappointed that my room was not serviced during the day while I was out. They came by at 8:40pm to clean my room but that didn’t suit me as I was already back in my room at that time. Overall I was disappointed by my stay there. It’s a beautiful place but I would not return.

The staff in general is too slow to respond to anything .. you call and ask for anything they come in 20 mins that too after repeated phone calls. Also the housekeeping staff even if u r asleep keeps ringing the bell and there is no do not disturb card in the room

Big disappointment
We had booked 6 nights at the Grand Hyatt in Dubai via Hotels.com. We have stayed at this hotel countless times and have always been happy. I estimate that we have stayed about 100 nights at this hotel. After arriving at 3 PM we were told that the room was not ready yet. After we refused to accept this, we were offered a room on the 2nd floor and when we moved into the room, instead of the usual wonderful view, this time we only had a view of bushes and a roof. Our complaint to the Chef de Reception didn't help, but he didn't even think it necessary to check the computer and simply told us grumpily that there were no rooms available on the upper floors. As regular guests for many years, we did not accept this and left immediately. We then moved to a hotel in Dubai, where they are known to be customer-friendly. The even bigger disappointment, however, was the booking company hotels.com, which showed absolutely no appreciation and only sent us, as "Gold Members", unfriendly emails from America. Here too, however, we have drawn the consequences and will stop working with Hotels.com in future. You would think that if you have been a good customer for years and are rewarded for this with GOLD status, that help will be provided the moment a problem arises. Unfortunately, this was not the case. New customers are apparently easier to find than to look after and satisfy old customers. This is very regrettable.
