Other things to note.

Guests are required to submit soft copies of their passports prior to the check-in date.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 11:00 AM.

The property is for the sole use of domestic stay and not for any commercial business operation.

Please return the access cards in good condition upon your check out. Replacement of lost cards will be charged at a rate of AED200.00

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for Oder removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

★ SURROUNDINGS ★
Living so close to a metro station and popular attractions like Dubai Mall can offer a lot of convenience and accessibility. The link bridge must make it even more convenient for you to access these places without worrying about transportation.
