The Space:
Here is a bright and cozy studio with a minimalist design complimented by an eclectic interior.
As you enter you'll notice that the entire space is illuminated by natural light - thanks to its floor-to-ceiling windows where sunlight freely moves in every corner.
The simple yet contemporary furniture and fixtures are carefully selected for your comfort. There is a 55" flat-screen TV for you to enjoy while curled up on the comfy Double bed with a padded headboard, the curved wall paneling exudes sophistication. This area is uniquely designed to match your preferences and standards, the Double bed is adorned with a high-quality mattress, premium linen and soft pillows to ensure a peaceful night's sleep. Complete with a bedside table & lamp which include a mirror paired with a pouf to serve as a vanity area. A built-in closet to line up the clothes, a soft rug and a cushioned seat if you simply want to relax.
Cook your own fresh meal with the fully-equipped kitchen that makes cooking easy with it's modern appliances and cookware. Enjoy delicious meals with your loved ones, whether homemade or takeout from nearby restaurants in the lovely dining area that is next to the sleeping area and comes with a circular dining table & two upholstered dining chairs
The bathroom adjacent to the kitchen is equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and more provided for the guests to ensure a comfortable stay!

The Neighborhood:
Business Bay is just minutes from all the sights of Downtown Dubai. It is located within 5 minutes to Downtown Dubai, as well as minutes from busy E44, taking you anywhere you want to go. Right below the building is the Marasi development, 2 kilometers of waterfront promenade. It is ideal for a stroll or run, followed by a meal in a choice of the restaurants located there.
Business Bay has as lot of buildings both for commercial and residential. Dubai Creek is a legendary and significant part of this area of Dubai. It has paved the way for Dubai to be a business hub of the UAE.
This offers restaurants, cafes, nightclubs, and many more to ensure that anyone who lives or visits Business Bay will have a good time with their friends, family, or even alone.
Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are frequent at this place. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.
If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a metro station or a bus, there is a bus stop right in front of the building. Bus F41 goes to the Business Bay metro station. Getting in a train will bring you to different places in Dubai. It is also connected to the tram system that can get you to JBR, Media City, Marina, Knowledge Village, and more. It is also linked to the monorail that can get you around Palm Jumeirah.
Downtown is accessible by car within 8 minutes if you have your own car.
The fastest and easiest way from DXB airport is by taxi (30min, *100 AED). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (1 hour, 7.5 AED per person).
If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!
Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).
