Taxi, buss og metro rett ved hotellet. Renhold inkl oppvask hver dag. Oppgradert større rom inkl WIFI. Taxi ca 50 AED til sentrum. Dagligvarebutikk, Fastfood, bensinstasjon og Moske i nærheten. Rask utkjekking og bilen stod utenfor som kostet 100 AED til flyplass. Vanskelig for taxi å finne hotellet med hotellets navn. Kjent som Tecom området og Internet city metro station .

Amazing
I had an amazing time! The staff was so helpfull! they helped with everytjing i asked for, and wondered about. One of the staff named hasan was so helpfull! He helped me with checking out etc. Did more then his job asked for, and that is amazing! im definitly going to book this hotel again when i visit Dubai! The cleaning staff was amazing too!

Flott hotell
Flott leilighetshotell. Stor leilighet med kjøkken. Ble oppgradert til en større leilighet enn det vi hadde bestilt, noe vi satte stor pris på. Personalet var hyggelig og hjelpsomme. Metroen var rett utenfor hotellet og der var også taxier til enhver tid, så ingen problem å komme seg rundt i byen.

Fint hotell rett ved Metro, veldig hyggelig stab
Da vi kom til hotellet ble vi mødt av en veldig hyggelig stab. hotellrommet var fint og rent, med mulighet til å lage mat og vaske klær. Allt i alt er vi veldig fornøyde.

Vi hadde et flott opphold. Da vi kom dit fikk vi oppgradert rommet vårt noe vi satte stor pris på! Frokosten var veldig god. Litt vanskelig for drosjene å finne frem til hotellet. Heter det Auris metro, eller bare metro? Utenfor står det bare metro sentral. Mye rot ble det i alle fall.

Bra opphold. Litt vanskelig å navigere til hotellet fordi det var flere hotell som heter Auris i starten av navnet. Vi kjørte feil første gang. Fint hotell som svarte til forventningene. Hyggelig betjening. God service.

Veldig hyggelig og behjelpelig hotell personale. De oppgraderte oss gratis til dobbel så stor leilighet når vi ankom hotellet. Stor matbutikk rett i nærheten. Bra treningsstudio. Litt lite/ stusselig bassengområde. Gratis buss til stranda hver dag. Kommer garantert tilbake :-)

Veldig bra hotell for rimelig pris. Beste service på hotell noen sinne, har aldri møtt så serviceinnstilte personell før. Veldig bra og romslige rom, ble oppgradert. Nær metro og noen butikker. Anbefaler hotellet.

Hadde ikke skikkelig varmtvann på badet. Ble en ganske kjølig dusj, personalet beklaget men kunne ikke tilby annet rom. Innsjekk var veldig treig. Området er supert med kort vei til metrostasjonen

Helt greit hotel, veldig nærme metroen. Det kan være noe støy på de rommene som vender ut mot hovedvei. Pas på å bestille røykfritt rom hvis du nønsker det. Vi hadde ikke sakt noe om det og det var veldig sjemmende røyklukt på rommet. Etter sprøying neste dag gikk det fint. Bra service og greit hotel til denne prisen. Bruker gjerne hotellet igjen.

Good spacious rooms
Nice hotel with spacious rooms. Price wise very attractive. The immidiate neighbourhood was a bit boring, but close toMall of Emirates, Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina.

Veldig bra hotell til billig pris
Vi bodde på hotellet en natt før vi reiste videre. Hotellet var veldig bra og overgikk våre forvetninger i forhold til den lave prisen vi betalte. Hotellet ligger rett ved metroen, slik at det er enkelt å komme seg rundt i byen. Uansett er Dubai så stort at man uansett må reise/ta taxi for å komme seg rundt. Anbefaler hotellet sterkt dersom man trenger en enkel overnatting, men ikke for lang familieferie

Hotell som har det meste.
Dette hotellet ligger ved Metro som gjør at det ligger sentralt. Vi ble møtt av en hyggelig betjening, men kunne ikke finne betalingen fra Hotels.com. Det gikk noen timer før betalingen viste seg å være ok. Internet med Wifi nede ved resepsjonen som fungerte bra og gratis. Vi hadde frokost på hotellet som var grei nok. Store gode rom med eget soverom og stor balkong. Kjøkken med litt lite utstyr. Manglet en bok på rommet som fortalte hva hotellet inneholder. Vi hadde 2 fine dager på hotellet. Kommer gjerne igjen.

Hemos estado 6 días y no es un hotel de tantos de lujo que hay allí, pero tiene un precio fenomenal considerando también que allí los precios son elevados. Habitación muy amplia, servicio bueno, tiene todo lo necesario para estar cómodo y agusto. Importante la limpieza que es buena. Estación de metro en la misma puerta y parking dentro del hotel gratis. Supermercados enfrente. Lo recomiendo sin duda.

The Hotel was clean inside and outside. The furniture was great and comfortable. We were upgraded to a One bedroom King size bed. I like the fact that the smart tvs allowed you to connect by chromecast . A gym and rooftop pool. The attendants were friendly and helped us as needed. A plus is that it’s a few feet walk from the redline metro. Literally walk out the hotel to the metro. The metro Will take you to Burj Khalifa, Museum of the Future, Dubai Mall, Gold Spouk, and more. You will definitely love the stay here. There are a few restaurants in walking distance. It was overall fantastic . You won’t be disappointed.

Boende enligt Expedia är för 3 1 men när vi kom dit så var det dubbelsäng i sovrummet och 2 sits soffa i vardagsrummet vilket gick inte att bädda. Tur att dem hade annan lägenhet vilket vi behövde betala extra för som hade bäddsoffa. Trafik ljud på nätterna är mycket hög, 4 olika frukost varianter blir lite långtråkigt( EJ Buffé) Övrigt personal är mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma

This hotel has a great central location in Dubai with direct Metro access just steps away from the front door. Two stops away from Dubai Marina in one direction, and two stops away from Mall of the Emirates in the other direction. The accommodation is spacious with a living area, fully stocked kitchenette, full sized refrigerator and a spacious bedroom. The only downside was the size of the bathroom. The bathroom was too small for a larger guy like myself. Overall, this is a great property and I would stay here again.

We had a fantastic 14 night stay at Citadines Metro Central. The hotel apartments are ideally situated very close to the metro and other public transport links providing access to all the main attractions Dubai has to offer. The apartment's are well equipped for self catering plus there's a nice Cafe on the ground for those little extras. There are supermarkets and restaurants within easy walking distance to cater for your needs too. The room was excellent with top quality bed, pillows and linen etc However what really stood out was the customer service. From the moment we checked in the staff were very attentive and responsive. Madara, Angelene, Foday, Faisal, Ibrahim and Jestin Front Office and Thanu, Dhan House Keeping went out of their way to make our stay extremely special.

Horrible experience. The staff are not honest and try to play around. First they denied out booking on expedia. Then gave us a horrible smelly room very small, saying this is the best with view. Only view we had was cars going fast with street noise. When we checked out a night earlier, they refused to refund and said expedia need to do that when we paid at the hotel. Then they are asking for my credit card to refund. Sorry but this is not ok to ask for card picture. You are the one who refused to refund while we are on spot saying its not your responsibility, its expdia. When in reality its their. Thanks for the disappointment

Celebrated my 50th birthday there, received birthday card and chocs from hotel. Had issue with Metro and taxi's not running due to religious celebrations but stop were pulled and a taxi was made available. Great place to stay, easy access to metro, would not hesitate rebooking. Staff are so friendly
