Check-out: By 12:00 PM
(Early check-in / late check-out subject to availability and approval)

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
A penalty of AED 1,000 will be charged if violated.

No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed at any time, in compliance with Dubai regulations.

Quiet hours: 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM
Please respect neighbors and community rules.

Registered guests only.
No visitors or additional guests are permitted without prior approval, as per DTCM regulations.

Pets: Not allowed unless specifically approved in writing before arrival.

Care of the property:
Guests are responsible for keeping the apartment and furnishings in good condition. Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required will be charged accordingly.

Garbage disposal:
Please dispose of garbage properly in the designated chute/bin.

Keys & access cards:
Lost items will be charged as follows:
• Access card: AED 500 per card
• Key: AED 200 per key

Check-out procedure:
Kindly leave all keys and access cards in the key box and share a photo after checkout.

Illegal activities are strictly prohibited under UAE law.

Failure to comply with these house rules may result in penalties, additional charges, or immediate cancellation of the stay without refund.
