We really enjoyed staying at the Address Sky View. The service and quality was excellent. We loved the infinity pool which had amazing views. The hotel is very well located in Downtown and all the staff were very attentive. The hotel was very high quality and we would recommend it. The only small issue was the water pressure in the taps were a bit low

The Best Stay in
I'm used to 5-star hotels or more and I was really surprised by such outstanding service, from the cleaning staff to the general manager, Marienne, who left an impressive message on the TV screen as soon as I entered the room and just with this wonderful view of the Burj Khalifa. There's also a unique infinity pool, a Ce La Vi bar and lounge doing all the best and a unique spa that also impressed me with the work of the masseuse. Everyone at the Club Lounge (Bernard, Chef, George and Abbi) was superb. However, apart from having the problem of losing my sunglasses, the problem was solved as well. While the public areas of the hotel are certainly impressive, there's room for improvement when it comes to the rooms and suites. They look a little dated and could do with a refresh. During my time by the pool, I found it a little tiring to be asked for my room number by several different members of staff. In addition, the level of service in the pool area left much to be desired and the towels provided were visibly worn. On a more positive note, I must commend the hotel for its breakfast service, which was consistently good. However, it was disappointing to find that my clothes had a lingering smell of fried food after each visit to the restaurant.

Hotel staff is super slow in terms of bringing things to the room, taking luggage up and down etc. During checkout I called for a porter 5 times over a span of 30 mins. I ended up taking the luggage down my self. Rooms are nice but dont bother wasting money at the buffet the food is terrible and overpriced.
