«A bit of a hiccup when checking in, as the hotel wanted to charge more than what my booking said, but that was resolved. Also disapointed that they said the deposit wold be held for two weeks. The hotel overall was nice, great beds, good location, decent sized rooms. We would especially like to thank Vicky in the lobby bar, for great service! The free wifi in the hotelroom was poor, hopefully that will be looked into. It was unstable and relatively slow.»

«Vi var 3 personer som ble satt på 2 mannsrom, vi sa ifra til betjeningen og etter få minutter hadde de satt inn en ekstra seng. Vell å merke var dette en ordentlig seng ikke en hard og dårlig feltseng. Rommet var utrolig fint! Helt strøkent og det var fellesarealene også. Internettet er det raskeste nettet jeg har vært pålogget på i Asia noen gang! Et vell deg fineste hotellet jeg har vært på også, selvom jeg har vært på flere 5* hoteller som ikke var like bra.»

«No sun on the top roof (by the pool) because of solar cells blocking the sun, for breakfast there was no juice remaining for my whole stay there, only water and coffee. The room was too modern for my liking. Sometimes there was no available towels by the pool, and no free sunbeds even though the area up there is large. Should have been more sunbeds.»

This was my first stay at this hotel and without a doubt I give it a 10 out of 10, two thumbs up- impressed by the facilities but wowed by your staff. «It’s a magical hotel which is easy to love and recommend due to its character, location and friendly staff. Lovely dinner in the stately restaurant too. However breakfast a bit dull, wifi not working in the room, some dust and some face lift repairs needed for a full score.»
