I have travelled extensively and stayed in many hotels/motels. This place is a dump. We arrived into Drumheller late and booked this hotel through Expedia, as it was in the downtown core, reasonably priced and offered breakfast. Upon arrival, I asked the office attendant if there was laundry nearby he told me to Google it. We entered the room, and the deadbolt hinge was hanging off the wall, the shower head was leaking, the shower curtain fell off and it takes 2 to 3 minutes to get hot water. The walls seemed dirty and the paint cracking. The bedding was outdated and seemed like something picked up from a thrift store. The breakfast was the most dismal thing I have ever seen at a hotel that offered breakfast. There was some bread, a couple bagels and Kraft cheese slices in the fridge. It was laughable. If you like a nice hotcake clean shower and a comfy bed with decent bedding pay the extra $10-20 a night and stay elsewhere.

The hotel was okay. Room smelt like stale smoke. Breakfast was 8 to 9 and we left at 630 so we didn't get any breakfast. Unusual for a hotel to have such a late breakfast start time. Front desk clerk not very friendly. We wouldn't stay again.

I can’t really say anything good about this property. :( Alarms were going off at 7am. Plug ins for vehicles didn’t work, battery died. Staff was yelling at each other and screaming. Other guests were yelling at the staff because of no heat in rooms. When booking, it said that the property would be open until 10pm.. arrived at 9pm and it was locked, had to call the manager who was very rude and yelling at me, as if it was my fault. Breakfast is just bagels and cereal. No cream cheese. One carton of juice and one of milk. Room is fine, for a $100 motel. Clean-ish.

Good if you’re on a budget and you’re not fussy!
This hotel is okay to stay at if you’re on a budget. The hotel would benefit if it could be updated and cleaned. My room had stains on the walls and the outer blanket cover on my bed. The bed sheets and pillows were clean. The continental breakfast is served only from 0800 - 0900 which really doesn’t benefit the early/late risers and consisted only of dry cereal and toast. No hot breakfast here!

Have stayed here a few times over the years and every year it gets more run down without any maintenance. The tiles were broken and some were missing on the floor. Bottom of toilet hadnt been cleaned and there were still run marks on the walls from previous people having showers. We like the location and convenience but sadly we probably wont be staying here ever again. The price was almost the same as a brand new hotel with pool so we sadly will probably go that route from now on.

The property itself was ok, bed was comfy, room clean, & ok breakfast. I just questioned my surroundings at night, might be ok, but not an excellent area in the evening. There is a shoppers in walking distance and a coffeeshop across the street which is nice!

Not at all a bad property, just has a few hitches which prevent it from being above par. First and foremost, staff was great. No problem there whatsoever. Room smelled of stale smoke upon first entering. Stains on the mattress cover were an immediate concern: it was tossed in the corner and disregarded entirely throughout the stay. The actual blanket (not a comforter?) was clean and so were the inner linens. Shower and bathroom were good. Clean, good water pressure, quick to get hot water. Heat didn't work for the most part. It worked for one night and nearly cooked us out of the room, and then didn't at all. All in all, this is the cheapest option in Drumheller for a reason. I don't necessarily regret staying here, but my expectations were a bit higher.

The Inn was convenient and within walking distance of restaurants and within easy driving distance of attractions. It room was clean, the price was good, the staff were pleasant. The first night was quiet and peaceful. However, and unfortunately, the second night ended up with us packing up and leaving at 10:00 p.m. and moving to another hotel because of our next door neighbour. I believe, at the point where we were leaving, police were involved. The Inn's owner was disinclined to honour my request to refund Friday night's stay saying this was Expedia's responsibility, so I am out the cost of two hotel rooms.

It is a motel so wasn’t expecting high standards. We stayed for two nights and our room was not serviced. So no fresh glasses or new coffee pods. Also didn’t realize the fridge was not turned on until our second night (in all my hotel stays the mini fridge has always been on) so had to throw out all the food we had in there. The hotel itself was in a pretty convenient location.

WE DID NOT CHECK IN because of No Parking, No area for a pet to be walked, despite being a pet friendly motel. Very busy, noisy, Downtown area. Sketchy people hanging around the doors. Not at all like it looks like on Expedia website presentation.

The property is exactly what it advertised as. It's an inexpensive stop over place with no luxury. But it functional and serves its purpose. It is centrally located. Staff are decent, breakfast is minimal but more than donuts. They have good hot water. The AC and fridge were noisy but maybe that was just my room.

The guy at check In was very unpleasant. He came across as somebody who disliked his job and didn’t want to be there. We went out for dinner and when we came back we were greeted by people outside the rooms smoking drugs. In our room we could hear the people above us showering and flushing the toilet. The bed was very uncomfortable.

Value for money. We had a queen bed suite for 100 dollars per night. Free breakfast was also good. However, we were on ground floor so it was a bit inconvenient sometimes due to noise from upstair floor. It’s like living in the basement. I would prefer to get a room on first floor if possible. I booked through Expedia, they don’t assign the room until you go there

The cost of the room was way overpriced for what was offered. The room was small, the flooring was in need of replacing. The bathroom was very cramped, the vanity was so close to the toilet it was difficult to maneuver. The air conditioning was hard to work, and even at its highest setting wasn't able to cool the room. The free breakfast was very basic - toast or bagels, dry cereal, hard boiled egg. The area was unsafe at night and parking was difficult. Will not be returning.

Great location. Had big problems sleeping as guests on floor above were so noisy. We heard jumping until at least 4am. Another group of guests were hanging outside until 4am drinking and talking loud with music. Just inconsiderate but not sure what motel could have done.
