«Staff were very nice. Breakfast was good. Pool amenities were quite dated and in parts dirty. There was dirt in the whirlpool for example. The sauna was not warm and looked slightly unclean. There was mould in the corner of the bathroom of the hotel room and the shower was essentially cold. I would not return based on this experience»

«Truly amazing stay. Every single member of staff delivered customer service that was world class. Nothing was too much trouble.
Food in the restaurant was fantastic. As was breakfast. And a quick lunch in Mikey Ryan’s.
Rooms were fabulous. And the spa treatments were out of this world.
Shame the Irish weather meant I only lasted a few mins in the outside bit of the pool but that didn’t take the gloss off an amazing stay.
We will be back!»

«The building itself is quite old and we were three adults in one room, so we did have some trouble with the windows in our getting a bit "damp" and the air a bit stuffy (even with one window open). But the overall standard was great - clean and newly refurbished. Very friendly staff and complimentary tea in the library in front of the fire place - wonderful! The hotel restaurant is also well worth a visit.»
