Looking for a space for a family gathering or a creative workshop during your stay at Rancho Escondido? We offer a private, 1,200 sq. ft. indoor/outdoor space perfect for reunions, workshops, karaoke, or movie nights.

Indoor/Outdoor Living: 1,200 sq. ft. of interior space that opens via a large garage door to a 750 sq. ft. viewing deck.

Entertainment: 135-inch projector screen with 7.2 surround sound, arcade games, and grills.

Full kitchen, bathroom, and flexible indoor/outdoor seating arrangements.

Booking Details:
This space is available as an optional add-on for a 4-hour block (between 11 am–10 pm) for a fee of $400, which is payable through the resolution center, once your request to utilize the space is approved.

Guest Responsibilities:
To maintain the serenity of the Hill Country, we do not allow confetti, silly string, or loud outdoor music. We strictly follow the city's designated quiet hours from 10pm-7am. All trash must be bagged at the conclusion of your gathering.

-Easy Access: While we are nestled in a "rural sanctuary," the property is accessed via well-maintained roads just minutes from the heart of Driftwood.
-Ride share Friendly: Uber and Lyft do service this area, though wait times can be longer than in the city. We recommend scheduling rides in advance for weddings or trips into Austin.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE
-Age Requirement: Must be 21+ to book
-No parties or events without prior approval
-House rules are strictly enforced.
-We allow up to 2 pets for an additional $150 fee, per pet, per stay. Pets must be accounted for in the reservation and fee must be paid prior to check-in. If a pet that was not accounted or paid for is found on the property during or after your stay we reserve the right to charge a $500 fee.
-Not completing the required ID verification and rental agreement process within 48 hours of booking may result in cancellation of the reservation and will be subject to the cancellation policy.
-We will do everything within our power to fix anything that arises during your stay, but we will not offer a refunds
-We are not responsible for utility interruptions due to weather.
-There is an additional fee added to the reservation for a guest count over 6. That fee is $25 per night, per person.
-Please respect the quiet hours of 10pm-7am and keep noise to a minimum. If there is more than 1 noise complaint during your stay, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your reservation with no refund. At which time you will be required to leave the property.
-While we are minutes from world-class dining, this is a true 12-acre sanctuary. You may encounter local wildlife (deer, hawks, mice, harmless tarantulas, songbirds, etc) and other occasional Texas "critters."
-This home runs on a sensitive septic system. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper.
