«The weather didn't cooperate which of course was not the property's fault. The bed was not very comfortable for me, a bit too firm, so it was tough for me to sleep well. Other than that, it was a great place with good people. We had an amazing trip and this beautiful property was warm & cozy.»

«The cottage was just as listed. It was conveniently located close to CSU campus, Old Town and plenty of restaurants. We had all the amenities we needed to be comfy and sleep well! Lynn is a great Host and easy to communicate with. I stayed with my mom and gave her the downstairs bedroom. I slept in the loft, and was careful going up and down the spiral stairs, though they were adorable and a practical use of the space, they're not for anyone unsteady on their feet. Overall, highly recommend ...

«This cabin is beautiful and very well appointed. The beds were comfortable, sheets were amazing and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was great being so close to downtown where we could walk to shopping, restaurants. Durango, Mark and Toon were fantastic hosts and very responsive.»

«We are from Greeley and just came up for the night. We went downtown Estes for dinner then came back to the room. We sat in the hot tub under a completely clear sky! We could see every star! The sound of the river is very calming. We did contact the owner. He got back to us in a matter of minutes! Very easy process and a great night away. We will be back!»

«All was great at this little cabin. The only downside was that it was near the highway. The river sounds almost drowned out the sound, but not quite. Nobody's fault, and it was overall great. The Rocky Mountain Park was truly spectacular, and surrounding hikes were remarkable!»

«Pinecone cottage is about 5 minutes to the Park and about 5 minutes to downtown Estes. There is a great view from the deck and we saw deer and heard elk bugling! The cottage was very clean. The owners let us a large welcome basket and thoughtfully supplied drinking water (the cottage has well water that is slightly yellow but doesn’t have any off taste). Overall, a very nice stay!»
