- THE USE OF THE SWIMMING POOL BY CHILDREN IS ONLY ALLOWED UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF AT LEAST ONE ADULT.
- THE OWNERS WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACCIDENTS IN THE POOL OR ON THE PROPERTY AS A WHOLE.
- IN CASE OF LOSS OF KEYS OR REMOTE CONTROLS, THE REPLACEMENT WILL BE AT THE COST OF THE CLIENT.
