«We got to the room and found out there was alot of COCKROACHES crawling around on the wall, celing and behind furniture. It was a run down room, with need of redoing and a good wash. The front desk lady was the nicest thing about the whole experience. We run out if there! And got our money returned by hotels.com.»

«I travel a lot. The front desk called after check in to make sure the roim was okay. I was pleasantly surprised. Yes, I smoke, and the room still smelled nice. The refrigerator was not only clean but worked . Very well. The room over all was very clean. I will stay there again »

«My room was extremely clean and well-appointed with a larger than average mini-fridge, clean microwave, newer coffee pot and a newer model large flatscreen t.v. conveniently mounted across from the bed. Speaking of the bed! It was a very comfy pillow top queen set with crisp clean sheets and a HUGE oversized warm. The water pressure was amazing and stayed hot as long as I showered. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip through Asheville! »

«Our hosts were AMAZING! They were quick to offer dining recommendations and parking tips. The location is close to all things downtown Asheville, especially great food and fun shopping. We enjoyed being close to the Biltmore and some hiking as well. The condo was clean and comfortable with little details that reflected a heart of hospitality. Thank you for a great stay to celebrate our 25-year wedding anniversary.»

«From the initial reservation, the communication with the property owner was stellar. They kept us inform all the way through the point of us, checking in our unit and even then check to make sure everything was right. They accommodated our special request. The unit itself is beautiful and well-maintained to the point where we felt like we were the first person to actually stay at it. It was so new feeling. This property manager did an excellent job in this unit. We will be back.»
