«I accidentally booked accessible room. I notified staff a few hours before my arrival and was told they would hold correct it. I checked in, assumed it was corrected and got to my room only to find it was an accessible room.
I was too tired to fight it.
I also had to stay on top of it for the correct amount to be posted to my credit card.
All in all, it was a very expensive stay - $730 for two nights plus two nights of parking.
I don’t feel that it was worth the amount paid. »

«My husband and I decided to stay the night at the Grand Amway Hotel in Grand Rapids to celebrate his birthday. We selected a room on the 24th floor. The room itself was average with a typical TV, desk, chair, and king sized bed. The dimmer lights were a nice touch. Unfortunately the bathroom was a huge disappointment. «This hotel is very clean, has a great breakfast and is ideally located right downtown within short walking distance of everything you'd want to do downtown (museums, restaurants, entertainment). It was our second time staying here, once as an adult couple and once with our child.
The only negative things I have to say is that the pool area is not ideal. It is very small, the room and the actual swimming pool.
The other negative is a smaller on. They will "offer" you parking, but it is charged ...

«The room was spacious, clean, and safe for my 90 yo mom. The kitchenette was wonderful! Our room was quiet as was the hotel, the hotel is in a quiet location even tho it’s close to the airport. Our room had a view of a little lake with geese on it.
